HI there everyone
I am new to this and just modded my touchpad with CM9 , im fairly novice with the whole modding so would love to get someone to clearly explain and help me out here
So far all seems to work but i have no keyboard so cant access WIFI and i cant get google play either , it just says retry . I did have wifi before but erased and started again so now
1. no keyboard so i cant access wifi as cant input password
2. No google play just says retry but anyways i can't change that again for now as no wifi , due to no keyboard
Please can you help please

Go to Settings>Language and Input and see iif you need to enable a keyboard.

Thanks for your reply , i go into that and have tried that and all i can see is language and user dictionary , keyboard settings are blank ???

Why don't you try re-flashing the gapps and running fix permissions through your recovery.

I downloaded nodata and am trying to install it. I have the 3 files on my phone but everytime i try to open them it says 'there is no application asscociated with "XXXXXXX" Run the application first , then open the file from within the application. What application, im new to this i just recently flashed to halloween V10
You should download a CAB for NoData from http://www.modaco.com/content/pocket-pc-software/246171/new-free-utility/ . Once you do, put the CAB itself (don't extract it) onto your device and open it. That should install NoData.

That's a different issue... can you be more specific as to what about it doesn't work?
yes, I could easily connect to wifi before i installed the nodata, but after its installed the wifi is marked as unavailable
I hate to ask the obvious, but have you tried re-enabling your data connections and/or uninstalling NoData to see if Wi-Fi starts working?
fixed the issue, soft reset did the trick sorry for being stupid haha

Hey all, I recently installed WanamLite V7.5 XXLP2 4.0.3 Final rom and it seems to be working fine, great actually but there is one huge problem. Whenever I enter the market, there is a "Server error" message and I cannot even see any apps on the market.
I tried using the method Wanam has given on the website, to remove the gmail account, reboot and add the account again. However, it does not seem to be working and I still get the message. I also tried to clear application data for Market in Settings>Apps but it does not fix the problem.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't want to because the data connection is not stable, tink its sth got to do with the system changing the APNs. Do you have a solution?

Mine too..I am now currently in 'Wetscript's Ressurection v7.4 ICS LP2' I am still getting Market 'Server Error'..but I tried the latest MIUI V4 Fresh its good and everything is working fine except unable to mout USB storage apart from viewing..

YOU CAN TRY FOLLOWING THINGS
1) Change The Language of your phone to Any language. Come out of Settings.
Open Market. Check whether the Terms and Conditions is coming... Or Server Error Comes.. Go Back to Settings and Change it to Desired Language and Again Open Market. (Works Well if used English Language)
2) Go To Settings -> Apps -> Clear Data -> Force kill the application. Go Back and Again Start Market.
3) If 2nd thing doesn't work alone. Do the second Step again and Make sure that you open market only in WIFI.
Hope one of the method works for you ...

Hi all
i just recetly replaced my Yarvik 260 tab due to a screen bleed had to get a replacment from the shop
i ended up with the Intenso 7" tablet i must say i do like it feels good it is responsive and fast

However the thing dose not have google play on it. this is rather a large prob for me as i need play to
use the apps i have payed for not many but i do use them an awfull lot....
this week i have sat on google trying to find a solution the closest i have found was the GPlay apk file
that was linked in a post i think on these forums.
play loads however it wont let me register my gmail account to play so it will not log in at all
is there any one with an idear on this issue at all......
Failing that any one know of a custom rom i can install on this tablet preff icecream as i have grown
to like that incarnation of android...
if any one has any info that would help it would be a god send at this point many thanxx peeps

hi there
nope i have not rooted it would not even know where to begin on this tab. Yes i have Gmail account regged on it.
when the factory reset is done the Google play is wiped from thetab and i am back to square one agen.....
but thanx for the sujestion
since u are running 2.3 u try to install android market apk and don't install playstore apk ........may be that might causing problem as playstore is latest one

did a factory reset an tryed what you sujested still the same result no go it loads an asks for an gmail aco**** i put it in the divce an get nuttin it is like ths store carnt link to the accounts i add to my divice :S
return back where u purchased and ask them to replace it ........first time I'm hearing this kind of problem .......if u can root I can suggest u some more methods .........if u don't want to take risk just go and replace it .....or else just use different Google account that might work ........format ur tabs SD card and factory reset and later login using different account
Hi, i having trouble registering my email on LINE application, it keep telling me "System Error please try again latter". i downloaded and install LINE app via google play with latest version of this app. First time install it ask me to register my email, when i submit my email it say "System Error please try again latter" then i decide to register latter. After installing app i go to setting>email registration and when i hit submit button "System Error please try again latter" pop up shows. after a week still cant registering my email, is there a bug or something?how can i registering my email?
here's my device detail: Sony Experia Sola MT27i, running ICS, rooted via Root with Restore by Bin4ry [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35024193], no CMW or custom rom installed except just Root with Restore by Bin4ry

well, nothing special, just a lot of my friend using this chat app and there is a game so i can play with friends of mine and it requires email, i just wondering if something wrong with my device, because my friend had registering email without problem, though i've already done reinstall, restart, even factory reset, well i have no idea about this, thank you :good:

I'm having this problem too, on an Incredible 2. I think I've already registered, but the app gives me this system error whether I choose log-in or register. Doesn't help that there is no contact info to be found on their website.

I had the same issue. It works fine if you do it that way.
There is no need for a new kernel.
I have used Line on Siyah and Chameleon (Apolo) however after a PIT change I developed issues when going back to Apolo

Hello every one.At first I have to be sorry of my english,i'm in intermediate level.
Well I have a big problem with my phone,Xperia P. I Cant acces to my google account on it.In each problem that google has developed there's no access for me(gmail,google play,....it asks for google account on each one of them and there is no access for me on google account).When i get to settings to add my google account from the accounts part, i will have these problems:after choosing the exicting ,it asks me to enter a gmail id and after i enter my information,it says that your connection is not ok and you must change it.I have changed my wifi connection a lot,even with 4-5 different isp,and that's like this with the data too.
And when I choose the new button,it asks me to enter a name and after that an id.at the next,it says that your id is not exists and you must chang it.i have entered many different ids but i have this problem with all of them.
I dont prefer to factory reset,so if there is some another way please tell me.
my stock rom(4.1.2)is already rooted and my kernel is 3.0.8 and my phone is xperia p.

Hi,
try to put your phone in airplane mode, clear data and cashe of GooglePlay and use a VPN or any proxy.

I have done that a lot and there was no change.But nowy problem has been solved.I should delete the contents in the hosts file in the etc folder to reset Google accounts service.
