For some reason its really buggy for me. Everything else works great. Any ideas? It gets to the end and then suddenly gets hung up and jumps around.
I get this same issue.
It's especially bad (worse) when you turn 7 screens into, say, 5 screens. All kinds of goofy.
I'm sure that'll smooth over.

Sense 4.0 does not support infinite scroll on any device. What they are doing is a hack to make it work. I'm sure they will smooth it out over time.

don't think so. another sense 4 rom has the ability to enable/disable in the tweaks, but newt's rom doesn't have tweaks anymore.

Incorrect, the new update (3.1.2) has tweaks, they rebuilt them and added them in, and yes, scrolling can be disabled in the tweaks section. Just wanted to give clarification.

My god this news made my day. I love this Rom sense 4.0 is so smooth and I like sense apps like clock n stuff. The new music app is nice and its toned down. Im flashing this now.

Ok guys... so far i am working with Chogardjr to give u guys an evo3d rom... i took mine back about a week ago and he is one of the better people i can work with on this since he has done so much for the evo4g on themikmik also (for those of u that have seen... u know what im talking about).

I just loaded on Meanrom and i've been using myns warm for months. I just haven't figured out if there is a setting to change the quick settings pulldown tab. It was a feature i love in myns tweaks where i could change the settings that showed up (really only gps, wifi, mobile data and flashlight) and i would like to get rid of other settings.
Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere that i'm too stupid to find? and if i search the meanrom post i can't really find anything directly related to quick setting settings.

I believe this has not been implemented in MeanROM yet. And there is no flashable zip that I know of. I also love this feature. Sorry.

Only in version 3.0. I'm using it now on 2.9.
I got 3.0 i'll have too keep an eye out for updates to it. I have only tried 3.0 but he said he tweaked it to work with chads anthrax kernel and its super smooth.
So far there are no tweaks (like cm7 or myns) which means no customizing the quick settings, and no crt on/off animations. and i don't think it had the htc flashlight. but other than that it is awesome. crazy nenamark scores and seems to be great battery life.
I would highly recommend giving it a try
It's a really good ROM. Everyone keeps speaking of tremendous battery life though which I am not seeing. I wonder if my battery is hosed? Anyway, I want to be able to swipe the sound quicksetting and be able to change it like you can in Nocturnals Adrenaline.

Is it possible to do? I've gotten sense 4 multitasking on my nexus s so i was hoping it might be possible to get stock ics multitasking on my evo. I use multitasking a lot (even though its got its issues) but i prefer to see them in a list rather than swipe through each one.

I was wondering the same too. Sense 4 implementation looks more impressive and flashy for showing off to your friends but the stock ics implementation is much more usable.

It involves modification of the ROM's SystemUI. On the Nexus S, it was a matter of modifying the source code. On Sense 4, you're going to have to decompile and play with smali.

Sounds like your going to play with a little indian child.
The charmeleon rom from the dev forum apparently has the option to change the multitasking, as well as the lockscreen, back to AOSP style. I'm testing it out right now and both tweaks are good to go. The only thing that is different from my modded ViperROM is that recent apps isn't mapped to menu anymore as joelz made some changes and that became non-functional for now.

Which option is the multitasking option?
I'm shocked that HTC hasn't made an attempt to fix this screw up. Regardless if they did it on purpose. Ok great, got it. But that was a bad idea and should be fixed. The multitasking is so annoying. I'll find myself filling out a form, then switch apps, then try to go back to the form and it reloads the page and kills everything I've filled out. AAAAHHHHH!!! Same with like copying and pasting a password from one app to another... I tried to ignore the hype about this issue while we waiting to receive our phones, but in the end, it really does get in the way. Can't wait for a vanilla android ROM.
Also, from what I've heard, there's not a single person on the planet that's actually happy about this. So why the heck isn't HTC changing it to appease everyone? Noone wants your stupid multitasking feature HTC! Shame on you.
EDIT: It is a sick phone though!

That's just a ui change, it doesn't change the way multitasking actually works.
In order to fix multi-tasking, you have to adjust the memory values which Viper's ROM does. Then it works fine no matter which multi-task UI you use...

I like the mod but I prefer fresh right now I like all the options but there is some bugs in pokemon rom that needs to get fixed but not update I do miss the ICS multitasking tho

I REALLY Need Testers to keep this Alive. I already know everything works using my phone and am in testing stages using my girls Droid Razr HD. I can only go so far with trying to put life into Optimus G with no input. Flashing this mod can't really harm your phone. Worst case it doesn't work and nothing changes. Ok just tried to install twisted blue signal bars and on the install screen it is stuck on mounting system partitions.
Aroma hasn't really been tried on this device since last year. It was buggy as hell.

Didn't mean that there is no development with ROMs... I meant that there's not much as far as hack mod and theme options. I'm still running an almost 3 yr old Sprint S2 and the threads are still very active. All I was hoping for here was to pump some new blood into this device forums and show people what this monster can do. I've discovered my errors in my script to fix the mounting issue expressed earlier. I will fix and post the new version but I will need testers. Remember my mod doesn't harm your ROM, if it doesn't work you will most likely see no change at all. But of course you always have your Nandroid to fall back on just in case. Thanks everyone

Well at first I didn't notice much. And that's because my launcher is themed. Then went to reboot my device and what to my surprise was some of the missing link. From what I see so for this add some of the theming that apex isn't/ can't get done. I'll let you know what else I find but so far :good

I have not personally tested on any aosp ROMs. I would love to get some feedback. .Make a backup as always and test it. This mod doesn't harm the rom. If it doesn't work you will not notice the visual change you picked with the installer.

Thank you for testing and input. If you can provide a little more info such as, which choices had sizing issues and which choices you picked that caused bootloop? The sizing and missing parts is a normal thing that I have been working on since porting this mod to other devices. The bootloop is a new one that I have not seen. Again thank you for the input

I have an update that I will be releasing in a day or so that has more options and fixes some of the mod sizing issues. The update also includes a much more Themed Frameworks and fixes the icons that didn't match in settings. It's getting very complete for the input in getting from this thread. I really need ANY feedback as far as how things are fitting, what's not showing up (if any) and suggestions are always welcome. What is it that you're looking for? I probably have the options in my original mod just need to know what you want? Remember I don't have this phone and was just trying to share something for you guys to play with.
