[Q] hide a Phone Number - Nokia Lumia 800

how can i hide my phone number if i call someone?
thanks

Just go to Menu -> Settings -> swipe to right to Applications -> roll out to Phone and in the field "Show my number to" tap and choose "None", now go back and make your call.

Depending on your carrier you can also try #31#Number to hide your without changing your settings.

[Q] ArchDroid Call Settings

Just upgraded to Archidroid 2.33.. I love it, its stable and is exactly what I need... Except:
I cannot find the "call settings". All my calls are "Private number". I tried setting it from the dialler, not there. Also cannot find it in the settings.
Can anyone please give me an idea.. I'm sure I am missing it!
It is there.
When you press the phone key, its at the bottom right (three dots).
settings > additional settings > caller ID.

[Q] "Unlock to see sensitive" How can I change app sensitivity?

On Lollipop the lockscreen notifications designate apps as "sensitive" however some of which are not at all sensitive. One example is my podcaster PocketCasts, is there any way to change the security sensitivity for specific apps? I should note this is BarePop/ZV8
I found the answer to my question on some random forum, it's not intuitive but go into "Settings>Sound>Notifications>Lock screen" and change "Hide sensitive only" to "Show all notifications" then you'll need to either long press the notification to mark it as sensitive(and it will hide the details) or go right below in the Sound menu where it says "Apps" and you can change settings there.
My phone doesn't have the option to hide sensitive only. All it says is show all notifications or hide them . It used to say unlock to see sensitive but now it's gone idk what happened

Lock screen notifications and drop down menu problem

I have a problem with my Huawei mate 10 pro, when the screen is looked I can only see the time, date and the background theme for sure. But I can't see any notifications and I can't even see the drop down menu "notification bar" which includes wifi, Bluetooth.. etc. When I swipe down it asks me to enter my password instead of getting drop down menu settings. It is really annoying. I tried everything in the settings, I changed everything to "display all notifications" in Settings -> apps & notifications -> notifications management -> each app to enable and in top right menu "display all notifications". I thought it is always like this for huawei phones but my friend has mate 10 and he can see the notifications bar and his all notifications while the screen is locked. So any help please how to solve this problem! I want to see the notifications and the drop down menu "notification bar"

Realme 1 Notification not displaying.

Hi All,
I am using RealMe for 3 weeks now.
Seeing one serious problem here.
The phone manager app is cleaning the memory. So the apps in background will stop syncing and hence there are no notification messages coming.
I have experienced this problem with Outlook mails, Inshort news and with many other apps.
When I digged in, I found there are many places we can change the settings for notification messages. I have done all these changes. But no impact at all.
Moreover in status bar also there are no icon for new notifications.
[ only WhatsApp works as expected]
In some forum I found to solve this issue we need to turn off phone manager app. But I am not finding any place to disable this app.
Can anybody please help me out here what needs to be done?
Same problem here. And this is actually a very big problem for me. Everything else is great in this phone but this is ruining it.
+1
Notification pop up remain for quite a long time which annoy while playing games or watching videos. The pop up should disappear when slide by finger like in many other phone.

Hi
As per the official notice, you can go to phone manager.. than go to privacy permissions.. u can enable upto 5apps excluding WhatsApp and true caller..
Solution
1. Go to Settings> Notification & Status Bar> Manage Notifications> Enable "Turn on the screen for notifications".
2. Go to Settings> Notification & Status Bar> Manage Notifications> Select the desired application> Enable "Allow Notifications, Display on Lock Screen and Display at the top of the screen.
3. Go to Settings> Battery> Energy Saver> Select the desired application> Disable "Background Freeze".
4. Go to Settings> App Management> Show System Processess> Select the desired application> Privacy Permissions> Enable all the options.
5. Open Recent Menu and then slide down the app page you can find the lock symbol. Tap on that symbol to lock the application.

You can switch back to normal theme and can see notification on lock screen then.
I have tried all other themes and no another theme supported a lockscreen notification.
May be a bug.

One serious problem is when I turn on the accessibility of an individual app and developer options, status bar color changes to yellow nd it won't go until I switch them back to off.... And even if I clear ram, the accessibility turns off automatically... Any solution to keep accessibility always on of a desired app? What's app and Gmail is fine.. no issues with that.. my problem is with apps ..say news app or a cricket app.. for that matter any app.. it just doesn't show notification.. which is a normal thing.. notification comes only after I open the app and not automatically .

Active call screen doesn't appear and notification in status bar keeps popping up.

It's pretty annoying, because I can't access the features of the call and keypad, for going through the options, e.g.
Any idea what could I do about it?
thank you
