Android 2.3.5 and so I wanna ask you for help? I hope somebody have an

LeoMar & CheckRom "CheckRom Revolution" with siyah kernel or Abyss Kernel is an option.
I personally am running latest galnet & KI3 modem with siyah 2.0 pretty smooth loads of eye candy.
Depending what other criterias you have. One person perception of daily use is different to another.
If you still want use Samsung apps on your Rom then most AOSP Roms will not be what you want.
I've been a ROM jumper for a long time .... always unhappy until CyanogenMod 7.1. But install the latest nightly. It's great and getting better literally every day.

Quadrant scores are largely meaningless BS. Don't base a decision on that. Actual usage can bear very little relation to the score.
FWIW, I've had scores in the region of 4500 but couldn't tell much difference from firmwares when i've only been getting around 3000.
Hello,
Since 2 month I use Leomar Revolution. This rom is very stable.
Tonight, I just installed GadgetCheck Revolution Rom 1.0. I found this rom very smooth (much more smoth than Leomar Revolution rom)
I have tried:
VillainROM
Batista ROM
Leomar75's Revolution ROM
CheckROM
CM7
And for me the BEST is by far CM7. It's a cero lag ROM with agreat battery life, and that's the most important thing for daily usage. THis is just my opinion (latest nightly)
if you coming from litening you will love OMEGA rom
P.S personal experience
Today after work i will try Omega Rom and CyanogenMod and then I will make my decision which rom is the best for my needs.

CM7 is the best. If you think otherwise you're a loser!
I'm currently running insanity ii with the siyah kernel, and literally the first time you boot insanity there is twelve applications, if you want super light weight, insanity is the way to go
ps its cm7 based
I have tried Omega and CM7 now and I will use Omega ROM in the future.
I also like CM7 but I want to use TouchWiz Launcher.

Which ROM out there has the best support and the least flaws? I know none will be perfect but I would like a ROM that is fast, stable, and has optimal battery life. I know i could use the V6 Supercharger to make a ROM faster but I would like to know what ROM you guys recommend? Thanks
For the 10 billionth time: It's really up to you to figure this out. Considering that there's only 4 custom ROMs available (for the 7510), I think you are capable of doing the research yourself.

I'm going to second the in paris v5, I just rooted and flashed and couldn't be happier. There is one clich that I found and that is on some web pages in browser it will not let you go back with the back arrows, small problem but so far the only one I see.
Task650 makes the best ROM.

check out the dev. forums, do a little research. If your asking you shouldn't be flashing roms really. All v6 supercharger does in most cases is mess things up
So avoid flashing supercharger? It doesn't take a computer genius to flash a ROM, I just don't have the time to flash every ROM and mess with it, thanks for the positive responses though.

I have yet to see any real proof that the supercharger script actually makes this thing better. I have flashed and run all of the different ROMs, and its really up to you as far as look and feel are concerned.
As far as support goes, I will say that Task and Phantom has been great in keeping us bug free, but I have not interacted with the other devs as much, and so I won't knock their Roms because I can't say what their level of support is.
Happy Flashing
Overcome is good too
I will say that I like both in Paris and Overcome. In Paris has a custom theme which I'm not fond of but you can install the touchwiz theme over it if you prefer. I like Overcome because it is the stock honeycomb theme.
It's really a rather personal choice so you do have to try more than one to decide.
With all the different ROM options out for our phones, which one are you currently using?

The UnNamed v1.2.0 Custom Rom is the best rom currently available for our
phones, it's not only the most stable and reliable full featured custom rom
but it's also the best looking and aesthetically pleasing rom which is available
for our phones at the present time.
I agree that UnNamed is the best Stock Based ROM. Currently I can't put MIUI down, with an ICS theme.
Edit: Forgot to add my reason. I like MIUI because it is like CM7 in customization, but adds a level of refined polished UI. It definately has an iPhoney feel, but in a good way. Its like a skin. I love the lock screen, direct SMS and phone links. I love that you can customize your notification toggles (which ones and order), and I love the way SMS is presented to you with a way to reply inline, without leaving the app you are in. I was downloading the UnNamed version with NFC, and I got a text. I had not noticed until then that I could type my response and hit send without leaving the xda app. I just stopped and literally said wow, and haven't had the desire to try another ROM since.
The only thing I miss from the stock ROM is the camera. The MIUI camera is great, but the stock one has more options and features.

So far I've flashed UnNamed, S8, MIUI, and GalnetMIUI. I've found all of them to be very solid and experienced very little issues with any of them. I'm currently on GalnetMIUI and am liking it a lot.
I've found battery life to be better on UnNamed and S8 than the MIUI variants. Not by huge margin but i can see a difference in everyday use. I also prefer some of the stock apps on these roms more(camera, video, etc).
For customization and aesthetics, MIUI can't be topped IMO.
I plan on trying all of the roms at some point but can't seem to quit MIUI at the moment.

Unsolicited Advice: If you're on a rooted stock ROM right now, get unnamed. Its like stock except cleaner, faster, and with more functionality.
one of the problems with a poll like this that many people change roms like they change their diapers. So for many people, their vote would be 'all the above' lol

SensatioN 1.8. Switched from
UnNamed just to test out a new rom but might keep it for a while before switching back. I find that battery seem to be slightly better than unnamed.

Actually I believe it is safe to say all of the ROMs will provide better battery life since most of them eliminate the "bloatware" installed by att and use more efficient kernels than the stock ROM offers.
Using Unnamed ROM 1.2. Fantastic.
Hellraised Checkrom revolutionhd 2.0 with white monkey theme. I tried them all and I find cr revo to be the most customizable with the built in kitchen app and jkay mod. Not to mention blazing speed and amazing battery life.

My own experience is that stock rom with all those apps on the "safe to remove" list frozen has better battery life than Galnet MIUI. But I might keep it for better customization and look etc.

no such thing here as best custom rom.. every rom have its own pros and cons.. what you can do is.. try all the custom rom and stick with the one you like..
a minimal streak maybe is a stock deodexed rom... means.. that official rom but stripped down to the base ... and no bloatware installed ... something like that i guess..
here is the list of custom rom just in case...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Dell_Streak/ROMs
To give a quick help to this, the most stable ROM's in my opionion are DSC v1.5, LXdroid ROM 0.2, and Longhorn v2.9.x so far.
Try all of them and choose the best that fits your needs
There is also a MIUI ROM over here but i haven't test it so i don't know what to say about it, give it a go anyways

i think about battery, its depends on what networks are u using (2G/3G), signal strength, maybe clockspeed of your cpu, apps did u installed and how u use the phone. i think all rom here have same battery quality.

I had a ZTE Blade before the S5.
I experienced that Custom Roms based on Stock Roms are performing better (snappyness but not that much cutomizable) than CM7 based CRoms.
Thats why I installed DSC rightaway.
Can you tell me your opinion regarding this experience about the S5?
€dit:
Another question:
Are the Custom Roms faster than the latest Stock Rom? (Regarding the suggested Roms above)
Is the battery consumtion better than in latest Stock?

Hopefully we can add some ICS Roms soon for those who need camera capabilites.

I've used miui roms /dsc/xloud and cm7 roms but in my experience I think LH roms are are top notch that includes the miui /miui comb and the LH 2.9.3. I've never had any bad experience and if something is not right its always sorted by him. That's just my experience.

"Best" custom rom is a very personal thing, we prefer not to start threads like this.
Just make clear for yourself what you want, what is important for you, read through the rom-threads and try a few which may suite your needs.
Hello everyone !
im looking for rom, which is stable and heve good battery life.
Do u know rom that will be good for me ?

With absolutely no information to go on, I'm going to say try them all and see which works for you.

Try Nottratrix ROM, it's a GB custom ROM with optimizations and tweaks.
This thread is completely unnecessary, there are many others just like this one. Plus, you asked a question here and opened ANOTHER thread asking the same question? That's against XDA rules.
Both threads reported. You should really cool down on opening new threads.
Thread closed. Best/most stable ROM threads have no place as they're completely subjective and based purely on opinion. What's best for someone else is not guaranteed to be best for you as your needs will likely be different. Try them for yourself as then you'll learn at the same time as finding the best for you.
Thanks
