Download it from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2119649. Unfortunately, notifications aren't working, we hope for a fix. Push the app to system/app, don't try to install it.

there is no option in Settings-> Display-> Lockscreen settings in my neo v >.<

You need a moded settings.apk, try the Xperia Go settings mod by pandemic

For those who cant set the lockscreen wallpaper or dont have lockscreen setting, do this.
First select the wallpaper you want and put in data/data/ com.sonyericsson.lockscreen.uxpnxtjb/ and rename the wallpaper into "wallpaper.png" without quote. Set the right permission.

I'm on Ultimate HD and unfortunately the lockscreen doesnt appear for me
Do I need to install Xperia S lockscreen? If I do, then I would lose the JB animations that come from Ultimate HD right?

Install small app and then my go settings and then this, you dont lose jb animtation then
My go settings have a 3rd part of Aeonworlds framework with JB animation inside it

but lockscreen works
And i can only change wallpaper using Xperia Wallpaper app i have SemcAlbum.apk but it doesn't change lockscreen wallpaper :/

Maybe you need the album ported from Jellybean. For me the wallpaper is changing.
