[Q] How to root S3 on a mac? - Galaxy S III Q&A, (US Carriers)

Hi! I'm curious if anyone has come across a way to root the AT&T version of the phone on a mac? I'm a newbie when it comes to this but the only thing I found was for the international model. Thanks!

[Q] Wal-Mart's Family Mobile with Galaxy S2 from T-mobile?

Hey everyone, I was looking to buy the Galaxy S2 from T-mobile, but I'm retarded and I don't know if Family Mobile, a Wal-mart Carrier powered by T-mobile, would work on the Galaxy S2 from T-mobile.
It might seem like a common sense question, and I think it really is. It's just that I don't know anything about phones, and I was told the smartest people on the internet for Android phones/programming post here.
Better ask the seller..

Galaxy SIII as a tablet?

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy SIII that I was using when I had Verizon service, but now I am on AT&T. I don't have a tablet, so I was wondering if I could just use the phone as a tablet? Will everything work like a tablet? Or does it have to have phone service? I know I can connect to Wi-Fi, but I haven't fully tested the functionality of it as a tablet..I thought I would get some insight/opinions here.
This is the wrong forum, but yes. Just Flash paranoid Android and you can set it up to act like a tablet.
