Hello,
I was wondering how I transfer music or files from my macbook and itunes to my S3. Is it the same concept as with Windows Explorer?

Hi everybody
I would like to redirect some sound generated by my windows 7 PC by bluetooth to my phone. (Samsung Galaxy S2)
Is it possible and if yes: how?
I tried a lot. but seems like only the opposite direction works.
I think it's better to use xbmc for example to stream music via dlna and use a dlna app on your phone to play songs from your pc.
So I use iTunes to aggregate all my music. I have been able to drag songs directly from iTunes to my HTC incredible without a problem since Ive had that phone.
I wanted to load music on my GT10.1 and once connected to the computer, I try to drag files from itunes to the music folder on the tab and it doesnt work. I have to find the files in windows explorer and drag them onto the tab.
And even then it has to convert the songs from Mp4 to mp3 format.
why is my 2 year old htc incredible able to do this but my brand new GT10.1 cannot.

iTunes = fail. Sorry, that doesn't help you but your real problem is not that you can't copy from itunes, it's that you use itunes. Use doubletwist or kies to transfer your music.

Forgot to mention, I also have a 120gb iPod. So I am not going to stop using iTunes. The majority of my music playing goes thru the iPod. But I do like to have some songs on my phone and tablet.
I've tried doubletwist. I don't like it.
I transferred some Zune playlists onto my Lumia920. However, I've realized that changing the playlists on zune is a pain because I would need to use multiple programs to change the music and then transfer the files (open zune and then the desktop WP8 progam). I've settled for possibly using Windows Media Player, however my long run/workout playlist is extensive. Windows media player can't read the zune playlists. Just dandy. :/ So, I was wondering if there was a quick way to convert *.zpl playlists to *.wpl? Or am I going to have to resort to re-making the playlist from scratch in windows media player and save a new one?
Also, I've noticed (or rather, am having a hard time finding it) that you can't transfer playlists using the WP8 Windows 8 app. Is it there or am I just not observant?
Last question, what do you guys mostly use to transfer files/playlists onto your phone?
Thanks in advance everyone!
Try this:
Both playlists are text files. Open one of each with Notepad, note any structural differences, format the .zpl file a la .wpl, and Save as... .wpl.
To transfer files, plug the phone into your pc. Then drag'n'drop, transfer via WMP, the desktop app, or any other media player that can see your phone.
Have lots of unorganized .flac files on my laptop and so far just play it with vlc or whatever. What player should I install on my windows laptop and android phone to best organize my music and sync between the two and scan for covers etc? Read that google music was nice but it converts my .flac to .mp3 when transferred to my phone ? Also read the installed Samsung Kies is rubbish?
Thanks.
