What's the best kernel for infected roms - Thunderbolt Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the 3.5 infected Rom... Was wondering what is the best kernel for it... For best battery and performance

If you're running r248 try imo's 5.2 kernel. Enable zram and flash his swap file.

Imo lean Kernel I get 15-18hours with avearge use! I unpluged at 6:30am tis morning its now 6:22pm I have 48% left standard battery and I listen to alot of Pandora lol!! Course I'm using cricket so only 3g speeds!

Yea imoseyon lean kernel will work with it. I don't remember the exact version but I think version 5.1

I think maybe try one of the older versions. I remember that being a problem but I thought a workaround was found.

Use the 5.2 version to keep Vid Cam on that base.
Although this one 6.20Dev13 is supposed to be patched.

Make sure you clear caches (dalvik and cache) before you flash the kernel. Try going into recovery and clearing them.
