Hi everyone ,
just got my SIII and decided to root it .
used the TooLkit V2 to do so , but now the phone update option is mentioning a 25mgb update , and although i do Dl it , it won't update ...
it goes into recovery ( CWM ) and keeps poping errors
anyway to flash that file using CWM ?
tried searching all the files and folders in the phone for the downloaded update with no luck
any help would be appreciated

As per all the other threads OTA will not update on rooted phone .
Flash via Odin try CF root latest version .

i am having this problems flashing omega rom.
I am using I 9300
rooted using odin. Super Su& CWM available.
when installing this message comes up : Can't copy META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary

I have never tried custom rom before.
However I would love to try omega!!!! please help!!
flash the latest CF-root again from ODIN and try
current clockmod is 5.8.4.3
still same message is coming up. sombody help?
One possible corrupt file you are flashing .
Possible corrupt root/recovery/CWM

took me a while to do this simple thing
I flashed with "CWM-touch_i9082_chotu.tar.zip" and the the rooting as per this http://galaxygrandcenter.blogspot.in/2013/03/warning-it-will-void-your-warranty-and.html?showComment=1364304391138 and it was successful.
But I installed font installer and gave access via superuser and after reboot,
it dint turned on ( stuck on bootloader "Samsung")..
So I flashed SGG with stock rom via Odin and the phone got on, and again tried to flash "CWM-touch_i9082_chotu.tar.zip" but this time , i dint got the CWM. I am getting android system recovery instead on CWM... I cant root again!!
I tried flashing "CWM-touch_i9082_chotu.tar.zip" 3 time but only bin counter is rising.. i am getting android system recovery 3 <e> only...
Please help..:crying::crying:

Just install cwm_choturecovery.zip again in odin this time uncheck reboot box of odin .after process complete just unplug ur fone and pull battery out then insert it and switch it on . Remember unplug ur fone only after process of odin says pass .

I have a rooted LG e612 and i got a software update for it After update my phone reboots to ClockworkMod Recovery every time . i have tried restoring my old backup , flashed exitrecovery.zip but no luck . Please Help !! to solve my problem
sd card got corrupted lost twrp backup and cant flash any new roms in twrp says md5 bad and odin wont let me flash new firmware says bad binary just rooted phone with cf auto root tried can get in to twrp and download but nothing i have tried works please help

the other day, trying to install an official ROM by ODIN , I jumped a failure halfway through the process . The phone would not start and I can only access the mode Downloading ... I tried to install other official ROMs by ODIN, android 4.4.4 and 5.0.2 unsuccessfully always it hangs just as it begins to install system .
The most we have achieved is , after installing the PIT , install TWRP Recovery and access. But I can not do anything , if I try to do wipes fails in all partitions , I can not copy files by connecting the mobile to the PC, or I can not view files by OTG to install a ROM .
I appeal to your wisdom to rescue the mobile and try not to spend more for my bad hands
