hardware version: d710.10
Can anyone please tell me which ICS version would be best for me? I have searched all the forums and have not been able to find any answers...
There is a MetroPcs ICS forum but it is for EVO phone only...

Can any one guide me how to root this model. I have found a very long thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399 but I cannot find a relevant CF-Root file for my model.

I think yours is a Galaxy Note A9220. Try superoneclick for root:

i just bought 2nd hand s2 korea which is m250s model but i got so many question
first i check the version of this phone it says:

Hello, I have a Galaxy S2 with ICS 4.0.3 i9100XXLPW and used to be from the company TMN from Portugal, I wanted to know which tutorial I have to follow to upgrade to 4.1.2 because I googled and did not find my baseband with Jelly Bean. Will it ask for SIM unlock code if I upgrade to Jelly Bean? (I read in forums that many people are having this issue)
If it's something I leave this info:
The cellphone I bought it with Gingerbread and I upgraded it to Ice Cream Sandwich officially in Settings> About phone> Software update, it didn´t ask me for SIM unlock code.

I jailbraked my iPhone and it gave me very advantages over the device.
