I thinks it will works on any devices with ICS rom.

here we go :
1- Download the apk
2- using root explorer, go to system/app and rename "vending.apk" to "vending.apk1" (hit the R/W button)
3- now, copy the downloaded file to system/app
4- set permissions:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Copy the file to the /system/app folder on your device using a root explorer like ES File Explorer or similar.
2. Then, set the permissions of the DeskClock.apk file to RW- R– R–. However, before you copy over the APK, make sure to rename the original DeskClockGoogle.apk file (and also DeskClockGoogle.odex if the file is present) to something else to back it up, which you can then restore if needed by simply deleting the new file and renaming the old one again.
3. Reboot your device to be able to use the new clock.

Installation:

2 - Download my DefaultThemes.apk to your SD Card.
3 - Copy the new file to /system/app and overwrite the existing one.
4 - Set permissions to RW- R-- R--.
5 - Reebot.

Method :
-Decompile framework.jar
-Find PlatLogoActivity.xml in smali/com/android/internal/app/
-Open with Notepad++(Windows) or gedit(Linux)
-Find this line ["Zombie art by Jack Larson" for GB] ["Ice Cream Sandwich" for ICS] ["Jelly Bean" for JB]
-Change this text to yours "WHATEVER"
-Save and close file
-Recompile your framework.jar file
-Make an CWM package and install/flash it
-Or replace it with Root Explorer or other app and change permissions to 644(rw-r--r--) and restart your phone
-Tell me the Result

Everybody knows the CM9/10 ROMs are smooth and Awesome. But what they lack is a TaskManager. This need was fulfilled by the RemICS ROMs which got TouchWiz TaskManager to CM9 and now CM10. But only thing I hated was that the TaskManager force closed when the options key was pressed. After few months I thought that must have been rectified, but I tried the TaskManager from RemICS 1.6, the problem was still there. (Nothing against the RemICS team, the ROM is AWESOME)
So I took it in my own hands to fix the problem... And I DID...!!!

EDIT: User txtmikhail tested the app on CM7 and it works.
download the 2 attached apks install the system app installer then put the task manager APK in system\app folder ... install the apk via the system app installer .. open if you had a forceclose reboot
