Very nice. Thumbs up

request for a video of the great MOD

Works fine on "Epsilon Project Beta 1" rom!
Great mod, thank you!

So is this just alternative transitions or are they smoother too?

I think that is only the transition animation, i doubt that the triple buffering can be implemented flashing a zip

will it work on my unrooted gsm razr running the official ics?

Nice Gimmick

I think you need to use bootstrap which means you need to be rooted

I gave this a go with ics brazillian rom, pretty cool, brings back memories of the HD2, that phone would run anything.

is there a way to revert to ics transition if u install this?

Curious, seeing the Razr and D4 use essentially the same setup, will it work for the D4 as well?

Root required, but works on stock ICS! Nice job, thanx!

I will give this a try when I re-root my phone. I just put it back to factory unrooted status to clear out some bugs (which worked).

Words of Caution:
This mod slows down my phone, specifically on the Epic Citadel. I just confirmed that this night, when i use the framework-res.apk with the modded animation, the average fps is 47fps, when i revert back to stock framework-res.apk, the average goes back again to 52.9fps. So be careful when you choose to do so. Better wait for JB i think for now.

If your using doomlords kernel. You should try this one. Just flash it from recovery, then wipe dalvik cache:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17060763&postcount=404
If your using stock kernel. Use the original. And just follow the same instructions thats on the dalvik2cache thread.
I would like to hear peoples comments on what they like and don't like. What they would like to see removed. Or added in future versions.
I'm thinking of removing the theme. leaving it as stock. And having themes as options extra's. Maybe people can post there own community generated themes too
Well i'd try it but..
Are there any BIGGGGGGGG difference between the 4.0.A.368? I like DOOMkernels BOOTLogo too,its cute Is it still there?
Another few Q's,is Android Maket there? Can i use the GOLauncher with the ROM too ? TYYY

Can UOT Kitchen be used for the razr?

wondering if anybody has tried it with their razr and if it works ok. thanks.

I've used it and my daily ROM is a UOT'd custom ROM (Eclipse)
I had a problem getting the background of the notification drop-down to change, but I might of not uploaded all the files needed. All other changes worked fine and no other issues here.
I try to flash 3 uot files and i can´t do it

Just paste your UOT-modified files into the right directories with a file explorer if you can't flash the zip, that works fine.

Edify scripting. New scripting with update-binary, compatible with ClockworkMod 3.x (recomended)
update-binary: Type EMMC
Then it works with CWM Recovery
Now yes!!!
So from what i see dsixda's Android Kitchen has been updated. And i was wondering if this Software will work for the xt910, and work with the current 4.1.2 stock Deodex?
Note: I really prefer not to start looking into this, if people can confirm it will be a waste of time. However i am a noobie and i really want to start my own 4.1.2 rom cause we are lacking them.
I don't see why ANY deodexed ROM wouldn't work (as long as the kitchen was updated to the proper SDK level). Try it out, do a nandroid backup and flash it.

You're not supposed to flash it. You're supposed to move it into the right folder using root explorer and rename the file to the same as the preexisting boot animation file.

ICS themed 15 toggle/pulldown/battery/signal for 4.0.3

Got brave and flashed the zip in the OP here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1571595 from skyrocket forums. Works fantastic on DaGr8's alpha 1.
The settings for each button can be accessed by longpressing them.
The toggles can be re-ordered using the Quick Panel Settings in your app drawer.
Credit goes to the dev remf4i I just pulled it from his thread and tried it.
For the odin flashed odexed version that has been reported as a successful to make it work.
ghostfaceg35 said:
Try this:
Extract the systemui and QuickPanelSettings.apk and Ik95-res.apk via root explorer. Install systemui and quick panel settings in system/app then rename the systemui.odex to systemui.odex.Bak and push Ik95-res to system/framework. Reboot and report back if it worked. Just a shot in the dark.

Thanks for trying. I bet the ROM has to be deodexed. I am going to try it on dagr8's alpha 2 when I get home.
Edit: Looking at the collective's solaris prime ROM thread it appears to work on that ROM as well.

Chances are that the systemui.apk in the mod is deodexed. To get it to work on the Odin ICS, you probably just have to rename the systemui.odex to something like systemui.odex.bak and then flash the mod from CWM. Or push it manually using root explorer after renaming the odex file.

Flashed over alpha 2 fine for me. Looks really good and the toggles I use most are right where they should be. Thanks for the tip on the mod
