I rooted my phone using Z4 then used Titanium Backup for backing up and then recovery. Now while rebooting into recovery mode the phone took a long time in booting so I removed the battery and tried to reboot. But the phone makes the signature sound and after that only displays the following word 'spice'. Please help me.

Weelll i think that depends on the z4 root u did
i cant understand why people dont realise that the time when android dev was so low that u could root a phone via app is over...
u did not brick ur phone but u have to reflash a stock rom via odin cus as u said u cant get into recovery

I installed a rom in my galaxy pocket which is the jellyblast v3 that was working fine for my phone...i saw something in my status bar to update the rom...i updated it, then it went to cwm recovery installed the rom but it always reboots and if i access the cwm recovery it installs the rom again.How can i have my stock rom back?bot my cwm and phone does not work

Re-flash recovery through fastboot then download stock ROM for your device or even flash your backup (if you have one of course).

I don't own that phone I'm Alcatel OT995 but i tried to help you by some logical way.Ask somebody who own phone like you (developer - recommded) .
Hi had some problems with this mobile before 5 months.. My mobile was been rooted and it was working well, unital i tried to flash some gaming rom (devilz gaming rom or something like that) then my mobile stucked at boot screen... I tried to go on recovery but I was unable, it wont boot in recovery... And somehow i flashed another rom ( VIP rom, its Croatian network service idk how to say it on English) and after that my recovery just wont work.. Its like it unflashed... I cant flash rom or anything... So i need help now i tried to flash recovery with flash tool but that option is unclickable ( i cant click on it/flash recovery)...

EDIT: I forgot to mention that when i use app root checker it said that phone is rooted...
Download an app that can verify your root... like titanium backup... also if ur superuser app is denied which u get after root then you cdnt have done it properly... id say try again and again... i lost my recovery and also cdnt click the recovery button in ft... but today after flashing outa fashion the recovery option was available again... so i did a new recovery with clockwork... preferred the 0.3GB recovery so installed that rather. Everything seems hunky but the phone wont pick up the simcard... none that i put in. So does that mean i nd to rebrand or what... used s1tool and all looking good. Im running 2.1 update 1. I want to run 3.0.0.75. I downloaded a ftf that is just kernel and baseband... can i flash that over my 2.1 without hassles? What wd the procedure be for that? Thanks in advance

i have rooted my lg p765 without using the pc i.e direct from the phone. after that i tried to update the software(may fault). then it rebooted n got stuck in the cwm (clockworkmod recovery v6.0.3.1). everytime i reboot it shows the lg logo n then opens the cwm. i then wiiped all the cache, delvic cache, etc but didnt work. i even installed 3 different custom roms including the official cyanogen mod 10.1. still not working. plz help me. i beg u..... :crying:

i managed to flash the recovery using adb. but after that i ended up in another boot loop. this time it doesnt even open cwm. only lg logo comes n it gets restarted again n again. hard reset, cwm nothing working except the software update mode. so tried to install kdz but after 15% it says no device found.. i cant understand what to do.. tried everything.. plz help me...(i had JB installed previously i.e the JB provided by LG).. my phone is rooted, bootloader is unlocked... help me....

You flashed kdz offine ?? Try with lg mobile support tool. Download the software . connect the phone in software upgrade mode. It will detect your device . then you can upgrade to latest version or install recovery ( from pull down menu ).
Its an online method.

I had rooted it and was trying to install chainfire but as it rebooted my device boot screen got stuck after.
i also tried doing factore data reset and cache reset but it didnt work.

If its bootloop it means you have bricked your phone but not fully
Here is the step by step guide for unbricking your Android device if it is boots but goes in to a boot loop:
1. The first step is to boot your phone into recovery.
2.Now go to WIPE while in recovery mode and clear Delvik Cache.
3.Now restart you phone and see if it stays alright or goes back into a boot loop.
4.If the phone again restarts after landing on launch screen, then power off you phone.
5.Restart your phone into recovery again and delete all data/cache. Flash a new ROM if it is already on your SD card.
6.Once this is done, reboot your phone and hopefully you will be able to get rid of the boot loop problem.
In case your phone is booting into recovery rather than normally then again repeat the steps mentioned above. In this kind of brick, you will need to re-flash a new ROM. The above method is applicable on temporary bricks only. In case your phone doesn’t boot at all after rooting or flashing custom ROM or boot image, then there is nothing you can do about it. Please check your carrier or mobile phone vendor for a replacement.

If nothing not EVEN a single things starts‚mobile doesn't charge and you can't go to any mode then your mobile is fully bricked.

TRY to install clockwork mod recovery for your android device...
But i dont have any recovery img for doing this and if there is someone then installing recovery can also brick my phone bro
if u know about recovery of karbonn a16 and method to falsh it and is good working method then please tell me i will try to install

You may try the way shown in link to install custom rom but as you know i am not a perfect guy to give you an answer You have t take risk as my androuid too got same problems so you can mostly try to download tools and check one by one that it works or not but still you can go to this link

same problem here. I rooted my karbonn a16 and installed rom toolbox lite.
I successfully changed boot animation and tried to change font. but after a reboot my a16 phone stucked at boot screen and I cant pass through it. I tried wiping cache and factory reset but no luck. I dnt have cwm installed and I cnt find stock rom for my a16 karbonn device. plzzzzzzzzz helppppppp. this is second time my phone stucked. I got replacement first time but I was well scolded by my parents. so rhis time I dnt wnt this to happen. plzzzzzzzzzz help!!!!

I am hoping that you guys can give me some pointers about resolving the issue with my phone, I searched around but I can't find anything
I can't boot into recovery mode after flashing ClockworkMod Recovery... It just restarts and boots normally if I try to enter into recovery... I used the instruction from this website to do it: (I am unable to post the link, so I am putting the text in the quote box)
How to install CWM Recovery
Here is what you need to do to flash a custom recovery image – more exactly CWM Recovery – on the smartphone.
First task for you to accomplish: find and then flash MobileUncle MTK Tool on the AQUA i5.
Launch it afterwards. Then be sure you do this: tap the option called Update Recovery and afterwards transfer recovery.img to the phone’s SD card root.
After you have patience for a couple of minutes (not more than five), the CWM Recovery tool will be flashed on the Intex AQUA i5.
If everything went well, your handset should reboot into the custom recovery image. Now your phone is both rooted and installed with ClockworkMod Recovery.
NOTE: In the eventuality of a problem, like for example the smartphone gets stuck in boot loop, you need to solve this by taking the battery out of the device, then inserting it back in and re-doing the tutorial from the first step to the very last one.
The I5 could also surprise you with this issue: getting stuck in “Welcome” screen. For this to go away, you will have to repeat the steps we gave you for the previous problem. All is well now.

i think you might have to reset your whole phone by installing stock firmware again,, this video i found from youtube. use your instinct to trust this video but its entirely your decision.

Try Cwm rom manager, it will provide you with suitable recovery, otherwise try flashify, same function as Cwm rom manager but with extra recovery such as Cwm,twrp,pliz etc.

switched off... flash tools usually require the device to be off. Did you install the driver correctly?
