[Q] Hardware key light issue?

Same here, this is very widespread to all on 11501. Hopefully they will fix this on the next firmware revision.

It´s new bug..
It's not a bug, it's a feature. Usually when you need bright background light you are in a bright environment as well, so you can see the keys without problems. Only when you are in a low light room you need those keys to be illuminated in order to see them.
Nokia says that it is a bug ..

It's a bug, No more needs to be said.
I also experience this after 1500
The new 12070 update is available here. It is confirmed unbranded. You can update any Lumia 800. It improves battery, fixes hardware keys and also fixes the touchscreen.

How can a software update damage the display of phone?

Hey all,
Recently, Android N update rolled for one of the Lenovo phones. After the update, the display has gone black with white lines (Happened to all who has updated). I tried going to the recovery but there also the display is crap. The display is totally gone as if the strip has damaged. Not even in fast boot mode it is showing up.
How can a software issue do this kind of damage? What could be pe possible cause?

I successfully replaced the display/digitiser combo on my old Xperia P two weeks back. I had the same problem which you have stated on your post. Is your device able to boot successfully? Is it getting shown on the computer? If no then I believe the lcd is faulty. Can you see a blinking faint red light near the IR sensor besides the front camera? If it is blinking then the device is not able to boot fully. It will vibrate and charge fully. I order the replacement on aliexpress.
Did you bay the screen online if yes can send me the link i need it, or if you can find the screen touch will be great

Hello,
i am using Poco F1 for about 9-10 months and screen bleeding and touch issues are not present in my unit(thankfully).but i encountered weird red hue around the border of the phone display in YouTube app in dark mode and any other app in dark mode or dark grayish background, this is more prominent while in reading mode(night mode) . and i know it is LCD panel but sometime it appears that pixel got struck and previous artifacts are displayed on the current images in red. these problems are of Amoled display but why i am experiencing these things though it is a LCD panel. anybody have similar problem ??

Question Greenish tint at low brightness on my Xperia 1 III

Hey guys, need help. My Xperia 1 III suffers from a greenish tint and discoloration at lower brightness. I have already sent the phone to the after sales service twice and each time the complaints did not acknowledge that the defect did not occur. I have a friend from Sony that I contacted, so I'm waiting for an answer. Any tips I could try for now? Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is this issue for many Sony Xperia 1 III, 5 III and 10 III. Ihave too (Xperia 1 III). I didn't find any solution for this. Check this...

I noticed this too when I had 120mhz switched on. Having greyish wallpapers highlights the issue. I had a similar issue with my OnePlus 8 Pro too and have read about it on other devices too. I think it's a characteristic OLED Displays and low illumination levels at certain levels ( lights off in complete darkness highlights the issue the most)
Sometimes a software updates to fix the issue.
On my Xperia , changing the wallpaper and resetting the adaptive light level seems to mitigate the issue.
I haven't noticed it since.
