i want to flash my galaxy s2 back to stock. how do i do that.. is it through cwm i do it? and were do i find a stock rom, live in denmark.

I have tried searching for the answer but i can't find a guide that is easy enough for me to understand.
I have flashed my phone with Lightening ROM and now I want to go back to the way the phone was before when i bought it. Without custom ROM og KERNEL.
Can anyone please help me with this?

I don't know how your phone was when you bought it, but it's likely it was running a ROM from either [ROM+Guide]Official i9100 Firmwares KG, KH1/2/3/4, KI1/2/3/4/8, KJ1/2 Download or [ROMS]Official i9100 carrier branded firmware download for Odin Flash.
The first thread includes full instructions.

Does anyone know why that would happen? Or what the official unbranded UK version of ICS is?

If you know which stock firmware you want to go back to then you can just download the firmware from Intratech's thread and use odin to flash it. All the instructions and downloads can be found on this thread, read it carefully ..

If you want to flash official unbranded UK ICS release then use Faryaab's Thread and flash the I9100XWLP7 ROM using Odin, the ROM can be downloaded from the 2nd post. Again follow the insturctions in the first post carefully.

If you flash the unbranded UK ICS rom mentioned above and, as long as your phone is also unbranded, then Kies should detect your phone's firmware again. It stopped detecting it because you changed to a ROM that was not intended for your phone.

I Did something really silly the other day as i flashed a rom to my Galaxy S2 i9100 and i stupidly forgot to back up my stock firmware. :silly:
So I was wondering does any one out there know how to get or download the Stock Firmware for the Galaxy S2 i9100 On O2/Tesco in the UK
so i can flash it back to my phone and make a backup of.

If you go to Sam Firmware Brad, you will find stock firmware for O2, which you then flash via Odin

and pick one of like the 3 roms
Gb
Ics 4.0.3
Ics 4.0.4
and flash it using odin.

First,which OFFICIAL ROM are you suggesting to use? I live in Greece and the phone is not branded.Also,since I am using the SIYAH kernel I supoose I have to restore this too to the official Kernel,right? Please suggest me the correct kernel I have to get.

Go to samobile a and get latest stock unbranded Rom for your region
Run triangle away
Flash stock Rom
Go into recovery and factory reset
This will put you back to factory/as new condition, note it will wipe your sd card.
The stock Rom includes kernel
