I have deluxe settings and currently running portal rom, I'd like to try vk rom but the other day when i flashed it the toggles in deluxe settings didn't change the ones already in the bar.
is there a way around this?

Hello friend's only 1 small question.
As i am on gingerbread 2.3.6 kk5 rom. rooted and also with jkay deluxe installed
i want to switch to ICS but does ICS support jkay deluxe
i search it on forum but didn't find something useful.
my priority is for jkay deluxe because it gave me customisations like all icons on my notification bar. has changed my battery icon and also i got CRT animation on and off effect ...
so i didn't want to lose them and want to update it with ICS
please help me on same ...

Wait for JKay to update his frameworks for ICS, until then there are no JKay mods for ICS.

I love the original UI of the settings and the status bar. How can I bring the look to the Stock ROM? I wanna keep all the Samsung stuff and bloatware

Hey guys. I'm running a Stock Rooted ICS. Running pretty smooth. I wanted to change the look and feel of it so I tried theming on UOT kitchen. I've tried the framework-res and SystemUI from both the Stock ICS, and from the TouchWiz mod ( for the quickbar toggle ). Similar SHTP in both cases. I remember reading that ICS is UOT compatible, so not sure why this pops up.
I've tried a couple of times, finally changing nothing except the Font, then it seems to work fine.
I've used it on GB roms, and works perfectly.
Has anyone else tried UOT and/or got it successfully working ? If so, with what mods excluded ?

I tried a couple more times. I've found that at the bare minimum, changing just the battery and getting a themed status bar background givrs the following error log, with issues in framework and SystemUI.
Could someone explain whether it's possible to theme this way ? If not, why ? And any other way to theme / tweak , besides MetaMorph ?
im on the stock ICS rom 4.0.4 on) on my stock rom? and if so which icon would i use?
Get ROM Toolbox from the play store. It has several different types of battery icons you can change to.
