On my GS3 the notification icons are green and I would like them blue like other ICS installs I've seen. Does anyone know how to do that?
Welcome to the ugly world of Touchwiz. I believe you require root to install new themes that would change this.
Yeah root is your friend

Yes. Root your phone using the methods in the dev section for your phone.
Using root explorer or adb copy frameworkres.apk, systemui.apk and applicable .jar files to your computer, decompile them and change color hex codes.
NOOB WAY
take frameworkres.apk, systemui.apk and got UOT kitchen and starting cooking different colors.
Profit:good:
So does UOT Kitchen work on ICS? It only seems to mention up through GB.

Have you tried applying the theme as is?
All the files for a theme are in one of three files: framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk, and systemui.apk. Most themes will use all three to complete the theme.
You can change an apk to zip, and open them. Look for the hdpi folder. All the icons are in there. You can take the icons from one, and put them into the file from unnamed. (Either find them on your phone, or use the ones in the unnamed install zip) Then switch it back to apk from zip and use the zip from theme to install it using cwm.
I don't remember the exact folder locations off hand, but if you search for the folder names you should find them.
There is probably a guide somewhere. I know the captivate theme forum had a good guide. Also, the theme forum probably has more users with experience porting themes.

Yeah, well while you find the answer to your question, post that wallpaper up bruh.
lol the wallpaper is one of the stock wallpapers "HTC wallpaper" in the Eternity Rom (3.0)
You would have to decompile "SystemUI.apk" and navigate to res/values/strings.xml
and change the line below to what you want. Them recompile and sign your apk.
string name="status_bar_system_title">Synergy</string>
It should be the second to last line I believe, if your not to familiar with decompiling I can do it for you just send me your apk.
Too easy my friend leedroid tweak.

Hi, I followed evilisto's guide to make honeycomb style lockscreen.
I could get the framework layout working, but since I didn't know how to get java source code for my device, so I just decompiled framework2.jar and modified MultiWaveView.smali(since framework.jar doesn't have this file, I had to decompile framework2.jar), compiled and odexed it.
But the radious of chevron is too big and animation speed didn't change.
What should I modify to change animation speed and radious of chevron?

p.s : I changed the values to extremely high value, but it seems framework2.jar and odex doesn't work for lockscreen chevron at all...
EDIT: NVM. Solved it by myself.

I want to change the color of the buttons, is there a guide on how to do this?
Just replace the images in SystemUI. Don't remember the exact ids, but you should be able to find them.
