Yes, The quality is amazing! I threw this onto my Computer and hooked it up to my TV and everyone was more surprised that this was recorded from my phone then the actual proposal LOL

grats man. made me mist up a little. going through a divorce myself right now (and im only 24 yrs old too) and i cant help but to think back when I proposed to my gal.

I would LOVE to see a stargate wormhole boot ani!! I have seen one on an EVO, it was ok, but looked like it was poorly ripped from a VHS
Also, a live WP that is Just the fluid event horizon of the stargate *not the opening, just the glowing "fluidity"

I've got a Cylon one, but a stargate would be cool as well.
I looked into what I had on my hard drive. I have a couple seasons of stargate, and the original movie in HD, but there isn't a straight-on shot of the gate in the movie that would look good as a boot animation, so I'm gonna have to dig through the shows I have and find something good. Once I do I'll capture the images and upload them. Don't know how to make the animation zip but from what I understand it's the images that take time.

looks great man... but holy **** is that freaking huge for a boot ani. that being said this is the first time I gotta complain about how fast our phone boots up, just barely got to where the camera pulls back before it cut off and displayed lockscreen.
Yeah I guess I got little carried away with the picture quality. 30 frames per second Is a bit of a overkill. I might render it a bit shorter, maybe loop it at the end.
15 fps speed with a 45 frames of zooming and a 45 frame loop would be roughly 3-5megs. Maybe a more sensible thing to do?

I found it. If you go on YouTube and search Faldonis (Monday Night Buffet), that video was shot with my 3d. Pretty good quality. Don't ask about the Darth Vader breathing .... don't know what that was about.

There's no option like that on it. So I thought I would just insert the url in the middle of the code, but it's not working.

Theres an 'insert url' option in the xda app, however, I use XDA Premium.
True, but all it does it put the url bracket around it, making it ''clickable''. The code being used to make a hyperlink within a phrase for this forum is bracket, url, followed by an equal sign, quote, then the link, end quote, phrase, bracket, backslash, url, bracket.
[ url = '' link '' ] phrase or word [ / url ]
But when i put it in with the app with the YouTube link that it copied from the YouTube app, it just opens up browser with just http. Kind of sucks. I'm no guru, so I'm just gonna use the old method until I figure it out somehow.
This has to be one of the best videos I've seen using our phones 3D technology. Freakin sweet.

I dont get it. Isnt that what a hyperlink is supposed to do? Make something clickable? I 'insert url's' within the xda app, then I can click on them and it does its thing, loads the url.
You want hyperlinks in the xda app, linked to xda posts, to execute/stay inside the app??

No, look at your first post. It was a hyperlink within a phrase. There's probably a name to it, but that's the only way I can describe it. The app won't let me do that. And when I do it manually, it doesn't work.

I couldn't get it to actually take pictures but it seemed to work fine when I used pics already in my Gallery.
But nothing loads on mine =(
I don't take enough pics to really care about photo sharing sites. However I do think the behavior exhibited by birth parties (iPhone and Android) is comparable to a 5 year old child that was had to share and massive bag of chips with the rest of the class.
My gut tells me the Android already has something better than instagram and this will all blow over.

I've started to use it a bit. It's much easier to use than Facebook and Twitters photo sharing systems. Instagram also features 200% better editing than the aforementioned systems.

Ok this is pics of my apk of the ics camera and it takes pics and can record hd video without crashing, no panoramic cam tho! The problem is the dpi. The dpi looks bad in tablet mode! So my question is can a dev make the dpi on this app work with tablet mode on their rom without it crashing the video recording, or making it blurry while trying to record? I will give it to the devs to download it and see if you can work your magic.

I had a link but I took it down and gave it directly to the devs! I was drinking watching the thunder roll lol! Realized I prob shouldn't have done that ;-)

Yes the only thing wrong is the dpi so you can't change settings and panorama but if the devs fix dpi we're good! Screw panorama lol IMHO :-D
