Umm try restarting launcher... i doubt it wont work, cause it also changes framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk which cant be handeld through just a launcher.. but i can theme a little less for you !

Just unzip it.. copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media and change permissions no need to flash

I saw it in a thread with white and black but that didn't work and the animation made by you works perfectly.
