install the latest version... it support ICS now....
but the data location is different...
my version is located on gameloft/games
the latest version on android/com.gameloft.blablabla

I haven't experienced any bugs aside from resolution problems, which is probably the installers fault.

Guys, this thing has been discussed everywhere since ICS release. Let me make it clear:
Games not always run smoothly on ICS because they may not be optimized. If you want to play, stay on GB. Or buy a PS Vita.
And use the search button. It's not that difficult.

I downloaded the app wind-up knight from the market but its always gives me wlod when I start it when I check free ram I always have 100+ free ram so I don't think that's the issue.

Using stock 2.3 rom rooted using goro's 4.05 kernel. Bootloader is locked.

Actually I tried it before with the stock kernel and it did the same thing only difference was that it took longer to crash.

Yep I also tried it on wolf's v7
I think the app is just to much in the opening sequence after the first screen that says robot invader I have actually used the app on other phones like the atrix and inspire and the app doesn't use that much ram so if that isn't the problem idk what is.

I installed it on my x10 and have played it some with no problems. I hope it gets sorted, it's a fun addictive game!

There seems to be a pattern of having an unlocked bootloader but how would that help?
Which kernel are u using the one based on zkernel or the other one.

Stock everything, works on my x10, no noticable lag, but takes a second or two longer when compared to the atrix.

Actually today I messed up with kernels then I lost root access and had to restore firmware but data stayed intact I tried it with stock kernel and it worked now weird.

Hmmm... Maybe you should try with that custom kernel again. If it fails, you might want to report it to the dev

Well right now I installed zkernel and it works so I'm happy lol don't really know what the issue was but maybe I unistalled something crucial that the app nedded and when I did the restore it got fixed but anyway the app now works beatifully no lag whatsoever. Ill try to see if I can make a list of the kernels that the app works on in stock 2.3.3

I have an x10 stock gingerbread and the game is great besides the controls becoming unresponsive and it slows down now and again like video lag or just to much in the background running but I have closed apps and what not as was mentioned lots of free ram for the game to run with but besides that no crashes and its a great game best I had played thus far for a phone

i Don't know if this is the right topic to write about sola, but i have to ask something :/ so i bought an xperia sola, and checked market for a game called Six Guns. but i can't find it on market :S sola has a dual CPU... any ideas, why i cant find it on market? its a free game btw.. :/

I think the chipset and GPU dont compatible with sixguns! (Do not only think with only the CPU clock and core)

and it's working perfectly on my sola too
few days ago i played the dark knight rises, there's so many red line especially when playing indoor stage.
i dunno if this red line caused by incompatibility with the game or by sola's chipset

with cm9 based rom, it lets me install and play... and it works great.

Hi, I have problem with application, when I start app (asphalt7, batman), I have only black screen and then go to launcher. My android is miui and kernel sspeed.
These games do not support the Xperia S.

He is most likely talking about warez.
Asphalt 7 is just $0.99 (when I bought it) I don't know if the price has changed. I suggest (if you haven't bought yet) that you buy the legal one.

Try to uninstall and re install it. If problem still persist then contact gameloft support (hope they answer right away).

I'm reinstall 3 times. Gameloft support doesn't help me. Maybe miui is bad?

Are you familiar with editing build.prop? You can change your product device, just to test if it is incompatible with your rom. Then if it's still not running try flashing another rom. I'm using mooded rom by chaos, and it's running smooth.

wich of a lot GB rom do you suggest? Im actually on cm 7.2 but it has fast battery drain (is not this the problem) and some incompatibility with some games.

Use any of ROMs around here according to your taste..If you want stable one , then use rooted stock. Supercharge it and your are good to go..

Xperia neo V has 1GHz single core Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 processor & MSM 8255 SoC.. Check gsmarena for full specs...

No, u need to unlock bootloader first then u have to flash custom kernel to overclock

you need unlocked bootloader to overclock because you must install custom kernel. It support 2ghz overclocking. Most people prefer (at least this is what i think.) to overclock at 1.4 Ghz because it is a stable and more safe. Well our phone as you already know has ICS/GB/ and JB(unofficially).I recommend ics. Well it can currently play any game available on market (*at least this my opinion) except THD games which chainfire 3D cant make them work. Also it has 4fingers touch-screen. 720p camera recording. Armv7 processor. Ohh and 3G calling is impossible .

Hello mate! You can explore a lot of things also here in neo v forum. If you're in a locked bootloader you will have 1Ghz, decent for playing most of the games in play store. But you will experience some lags using a stock ICS ROM so I suggest using a custom ICS ROM when ur neo v is rooted, perfect for playing and everyday use.

Yes you can. Even HD games, but expect lag during the game, since stock ROM are loaded with bloatwares which eats much of RAM, you may try to kill background apps to lessen the lag.
You can't overclock just by rooting... But you sure can play games better... After rooting remove bloatware... This will significantly lessen ram consumption...

If you are a hard gamer you should stick to GB and you can play all HD games without any issue

I think so too. Read a lot here. No lags while playing heavy games with gb. There are some good gb rom´s here like AtoMic, Codename etc

Yes you can play HD games better on GB than ICS or JB without rooting!
GB offers more free RAM as compared to the others..
But in terms of looks, GB lags behind them big time!
But since you're into gaming stick to GB..

For removing bloatware, root your phone and install titanium backup or any file explorer that gives you root access, there you can delete or uninstall the system apps which you don't need!

Just search for Neo rooting on xda, you will find many guides here, and after rooting you can try APP QUARANTINE to freeze all bloatware, you can find it on google play > play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ramdroid.appquarantine&hl=en
or there are many debloated custom roms here too, do a search and study them, install the one you think will be best for your use!
