Extact ur Nokia icon pack and open unpack/Touchwiz30Launcher Rename it to TouchWiz40Launcher ... and the sciprt insaller ....
Or the easiest way is Rename ur TouchWiz40Launcher to TouchWiz30Launcher.... then try to flash ur nokia icon pack .. i think it works
