Possibly, but we do not have any sbf's for your phone as far as I know, this means it may be difficult to return to stock later. Send me a PM and I may be able to get some dumps from your phone that may be useful to return to stock(maybe only semi-stock but should be enough).
Am interested on this, can you share here the success?
I have one set from AU, I would like to change it rom so I can include spanish language.
is there anything I could do to succed?

I think someone has to have a copy of the stock AU ROM first. As far as I know, no one does. I went to peetr's ROM and never looked back (until I switched to a different device entirely).

Don't think you can just flash any firmware. you have to make sure that it is compatible with the hardware you have in your phone (but if you mean flashing AT&T builds, it might be possible. Then again, why would you do this? lol Oh, and this is providing that you have unlocked your bootloader. If you didn't, only official updates made for your specific phone and region will work. However, even if you're unlocked, don't try to just flash a ROM for say, the Desire HD, and expect it to work.

Yes, given you have either the CWM zip (for unlocked bootloader) or the sbf. If you unlocked your bootloader, TAKE CAUTION WHEN USING A SBF. WHEN IN DOUBT, JUST FIND THE CWM VERSION. And of course, if you can't find one, which i doubt, request and someone (or i if i have time) will make one =]

Here's the link, but learn to use the search bar/google to find stuff like these. I might be willing to find the specific link to give you, but some people will yell at you if you don't do a bit of searching yourself first. =] just a heads up

I am in China and I can't visit the link of Filesonic. Is it because the website is busy or I have to go through the firewall of China. Or there is another mirror link.
Has anyone sucessfully installed EU retail blur on a ATT phone?
Why would you do that? Install a Blur-based custom ROM since you'd have the added benefits that come with no bloatware and a custom kernel.

If you are referring to flashing an sbf, that would be a bad idea. You could look in to NottachTrix4G. It is a Gingerbread based ROM that supports many languages.

Rather a blur based ROM which includes Swedish translation. Thanks for the suggestion.
Is it correct that the latest retail/INTL ROM is based on 2.3.4 unlike AT&T and Bell?

You could try posting a request at the thread below. Maybe someone will make a fruit cake for you. It's a brand new project, so the response might be slow.

I just posted a fruit cake request with instruction on Swedroid which has a dedicated Atrix subforum.
Can you give me an idea of the effort required to port a fruit cake to AT&T hw?

Yeah. Actually, you don't need to flash the whole ROM, only the file that you modified (of course, if you don't have the file, or your device isn't rooted, you need to flash the whole rom anyway).
It worked but...

It worked but...the physical button and the touch capacitive buttons aren't working. The flash was successful so im still hopeful. How can i get the buttons to work again?
Try another firmware, seems like you have not used the correct one (as far I know, the US version doesn't have a physical home button, so you have the international version).
Interesting

I don't think so, the worst that can happen is a buggy device (as it right now xD). You will mess up your device if flash a rom for a completely different device.
Try any international rom from the same thread where you taked the US version (the ROM will have various languages anyway).
Which rom?

hi boys - may I ask, is there any better ROM for this device than stock one ? is anybody familiar with this brand of device ?
many thanks
I've been looking for a better rom too. Currently managed to root it, but while trying to build CWM from source, I managed to brick it pretty hard. I've tried restoring using a combination of PhoenixSuit, DragonFace, and anything else I've been able to find/build, but currently don't have it running again. If you find anything like an official stock recovery image or a working CWM/TWRP port, I'd love to hear about it.

Thanks. I already dumped the fw from a coworker's tablet, but it hasn't helped as much as I was hoping. If I manage to recover the tablet, I'll be more free to experiment with building the recovery and then possibly a clean build of 4.4. However, it's still a big IF.
Since I haven't seen any other threads on this topic, I figured I'd go ahead and get the ball rolling for anybody interesting in building a custom ROM. As the title suggests, this is a completely deodexed system image for the latest firmware update we recently received.
Just to clarify, this is a (mostly) stock base, and is intended to serve more as a foundation/starting point for anyone looking to build their own ROM.
I took the liberty to update all applications to their newest/current version and preinstalled busybox, which should save everyone a considerable amount of time and data. I also removed about a dozen or so apps that don't serve any beneficial purpose to the phone, but I will still include them in the download link for anybody that wants them for whatever reason.
You will obviously need to be rooted in order to flash this through recovery, so unfortunately if you are one of the unlucky souls that lost it with the update, you'll have to wait for a custom tot to surface before you can flash this.
I've been running this image for the last couple weeks or so and haven't encountered a single issue, but you should still make a backup of your current setup prior to flashing just to play it safe.
Nothing special needs to be done when flashing it, just the standard factory reset along with SuperSU and you should be good to go. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and hopefully you like it!

hope this gets the ball rollin on ROMs. thanks so much! I have been having a few issues w/ the fluence patch..but not that many. but i know a custom made app for our phone would be way better. to get rid of all t-mo bloat.

I'm pretty sure it isn't flashable (correct me if I'm wrong) once it is flashable, I'll probably throw something together (TeamSPR ROM)

I may be wrong but this one sounds like an image. Am I correct ? There are stock folder based roms available that can be used as a base.

Does this Rom offers the new radios and other new stuff from 10D and would I be able to revert back to 10a without any issue like on the other methods?

Yes, for simplicitys sake I chose to use an image in the zip instead. Not knowing if anybody would even be interested in this, it seemed like the logical route to take. Though you might have found other ROMS that are directory based for our phone, I doubt you've found another that's already predeodexed for you. Its also extremely simple to extract this image into the filesystem that you're looking for, but not the other way around.

Got a question. So I'm rooted and on 10a. I can flash this without any problems? Can I use the twrp app or should I boot into recovery? Thanks.
