I was wondering if there was any free way to get my forum in an android app? I would like it to be something like xda's forums. I've seen other forums that look exactly like xda's app. Can anyone tell me how xda did it? And is it free? Thanks!

It is free to add to tapatalk app, probably others too, and your members could get tapatalk free from getjar website.
How to add your forum can be found at the tapatalk site in first section of the faq.

Try Tapatalk. It's much more stable than the XDA app. But it is not free.

No problem, glad I could help.

I was able to download it no problem... They put a posting that it would be off the market for a few days due to some payment issues. So maybe that is why.

That would explain it. I still think that Tapatalk is far superior tho. You can add more forums.

The XDA app is simply a forum-specific Tapatalk variant that is not updated nearly as often.
For example, the XDA app would FC on Honeycomb devices for months after Tapatalk fixed the issues.
It is back on the market.

Guys I have just started a facebook group for Optimus L9 where all of us XDA people can chill out and hang-out with tech support or other kinds of stuff can be discussed... This should be a good opportunity to meet each other and socialize .. Plus other new members and uber noobs can post there and get tech support..
Here is the group link -

There's already a few, some of which I'm a part of lol

Do you know if we post a thread in XDA, it is searchable in google within 3 minutes. I have many threads of my own and always checked them within 5 minutes successfully. I dont know how do they do that? May be integration of XDA search engine with google search engine. Really Surprising.
OP, I understand your need to put together a social type group, that is great so Members can go there to socialize...
But since this is Developers Site, the New Members can get support here, within the General and Q&A sections. And to relax in the Main XDA Off Topic Forums, while still within the site.
Thank You.
That will allow me to use mod tools other than just read mod messages. If anyone knows of one that would recommend it would be greatly appreciated. Free or paid is fine. Thanks.

Im looking for DylanMTaylors ultimate sms text bomber plus app. He got banned from the app store and I paid for the plus version and lost my backup copy so I was wondering if anyone else had a copy. I got the regular version but I miss the rapid fire mode. If no one has the app maybe someone knows how I can get in touch with DylanMTaylor so I could speak with him. Any help would be appreciated thanks yall

Sharing paid apps is against XDA rules.
I do apologize. How do I delete this post
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app
You could edit the first post...
XDA is not a site to endorse or ask for paid apps...pay for apps, support the developers and support development
