Here you go, it's actually .214. And just a heads up, development is only for development, not questions. You'll get flamed.

I have. 214 installed. I want. 215.

.215 is just a downgrade back to .211, so you don't want it.

Why not head over to the xda Bionic forum yourself and ask a user to upload it somewhere?
EDITED FOR UNNECESSARY RUDENESS
I will not be home until tomorrow, but if you still need it then I can upload it for you.

They might FC like mad but shouldn't kill it completely. Make sure you backup everything and don't go deleting things right off the bat and you should do just fine!
[sent from my blurless DX2]
Try It...
let us know if it works and what the differences are if any?
I'm gonna try it later on..got the dump downloaded on the phone..appreciate it

Rename your current camera to camera.bak, push this to system.app, change permissions. Reboot. I'll go do it now...

I played with a bionic at a store the other day. I can't remember if it's different or not.

More information about the features of ICS. Nothing news worthy. It was directed at both people that have been updated and people still waiting.
Questions belong in Q&A moved
Check out HTC Sensation theme and app thread. Google now will work on RAZR ics .211. With exception of voice search. But its a start and looks awesome can't wait until its fully functional.

Might be a dumb question since I'm new at this but can just install the apk for google now that was posted on the other thread and install it on my stock razr or do i need to root it first?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
I just tried to install it but it didn't work. Do i need to be rooted?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
You need to be rooted, but Google just releases android 4.1 source, so a Jelly Bean build is in the works I'm sure. I would just be patient, it'll come soon enough

Yeah but we saw how long it took to get ICS ready for the razr. I doubt we get it before Christmas. You think with Google buying Motorola they would be the first to get anything after the nexus line of phones

Patrick, do you recommend a particular rooting program for the razr? I liked super-one-click that i used last time for my Droid Incredible

Can't even download it, only says that my memory card is full however it is not.
That is the question... what's the point other than being able to change the rom? And still haven't found one that runs like the original rom... as far as everything working correctly.
Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXXIMUS using xda app-developers app
It will work fine for a while, but once you root you can run cache mate and keep your phone fresh like the day you got it. A lot of ROMs out there also have extra stuff built in to make your phone run smoother, but it kinda boils down to how much you want to nerd out and customize your phone.

I think this tool is pretty simple, clear and easy. Just follow the steps and give it a go. In the worst scenario, if you do something wrong, root won't be achieved, so nothing will actually change. But it's really easy, seriously.
