Does anyone know an app or a hack to get my blue stereo headset to connect as soon as I turn it on?
Humm this seems to work out of the box in my case; I just need to turn on the bluetooth & the headset ; after 2 sec they are working together fine.
but did you have to set it on bluetooth setting again as your hands free device?
I can get my Nokia Stereo Bluetooth headset to automatically connect for some reason! Its already paired but I constantly have to set it as my headset device in the bluetooth settings.
Here a link to my headset http://europe.nokia.com/accessorieslink?s=BH-501
Please let me know if anyone has any good ideas.
thanks
I have a Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.3.
I've posted in this forum because it seems Android has bluetooth issues on many devices.
I switch bluetooth on, turn on my car, then the phone connects via bluetooth to the car's speakerphone device.
I turn off the car, the phone sees the bluetooth speakerphone losing connection all of a sudden, then if I switch bluetooth off the phone tries to switch it really off but after a fews seconds bluetooth turns on automatically.
I can't reboot the phone everytime I have to switch bluetooth off.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
PS: I really don't understand what's Goolge's problem with bluetooth. Really, they can't make it work right. It worked perfectly on 4.1.x, they've broken it with 4.2 and never fixed it 100%.

Were you ever able to get this resolved? I am having issues with this myself and I am really hoping there is a better work around to rebooting my phone.

Is there a way to make the hotspot turn it self on when I connect my Bluetooth?
I have a car stereo that I have wifi on, and I use my phone as a hotspot for it. Now I'm wondering if there is a way for the hotspot to turn it self on when I get it my car? The stereo automatically connects to my phone through Bluetooth as a hands free, so can't that be something to use to turn on the hotspot?
Any clues?
I have three Bluetooth items I use every day. With the G5, I've had to delete each of them, turn Bluetooth off and then on again and pair them again to get a connection after a disconnect.
I use Bluetooth headphones, a Moto 360, and a bluetooth adapter in my car. On my S6E I was able to connect, disconnect, and reconnect with no problems at all, but today has been a seriously frustrating day going between devices.
Anyone else seeing this?
When I turned on Bluetooth it always connect to latest device that connect to my device which I don't want it to.
For example
I got xz1, Bluetooth headphones and Bluetooth speaker. I turned on Bluetooth and it auto connect to Bluetooth headphone but it doesn't power on so it keep connecting even headphone doesn't turn on! and I need to wait around 20 seconds to connect to my Bluetooth speaker?
Anyway I wanna know if there's a way to disable Bluetooth auto connect features! ?
Best regards
