can someone check my updater script and tell me whats wrong? im building for galaxys2 and i keep getting status 7 in cwm with it saying some symlinks failed

I dont think so ,do you have ics, if not they won't work ,if you do have ics you would not need ;-)

Maybe a bad download......try re downloading it again......
BTW What is ur hboot version........?????
if its 1.40 or 1.72 it wont work.............
it is 1.72 unluckily
and main problem is
it is permanent locked and S-ON.

cwm recovery -rahuls new cwm.

Did you wipe data and cache before flashing your rom? If not, do it now to see it that fixes the bootloop. If it doesn't fix it, there's something wrong in your rom, and you should flash an official Samsung rom, or a custom rom which is working well.

If it is the due defact in your rom than try to get logcat and post it.Did you made it from source or ported?

s5830i roms work on your model but even with this information I don't find any ICS rom too :crying:

why this error is coming i m using Rom Porter by KINGbabasula on windows 8 32bit , error is coming in last step plz help me 2 solve it i m trying to port miui 3.2 by xprit(port rom) to xPirt.ROM_v2.0(base rom) earlier i tried with Sense.Revolution.R5 as base rom but same prblm plz help
and i did not ask permission because i m just trying i mean just learning to port so i did not ask but if u guys think i have still made a mistake den i m extremly sory u may scold me if u want

You need to add a path like with the java.
