Am running Rcmix3d v4 The brightness seems to be getting dimmer. Does anyone have a fix?

Hi, I bought a day ago s3 blue pebble and comparing it with another one of my friends (always pebble blue), I noticed that the brightness of its softkey is much stronger.
Is there a way to increase this brightness?
Nope
Mine is dim aswell. Compared to my GS1 which is bright as the sun.

I have mine turned completely off - I think they make the phone look extremely dated, especially when many devices come solely with on-screen buttons now.

Anybody else have an issue where the battery indicator in the status bar doesn't match the actual battery level?

how can you tell there's no % in the status bar???
It literally just changed right before I took that screen shot lol. It was just barely under full

Does anyone have like a black line going along the right of the screen when on a gray background? I just now noticed it n it bothers the hell out of me. Its only during gray backgrounds. I'm thinking of exchanging it but I just got everything set up. Sucks not having root n installing each app one by one lol

Hmm same for me

Does it seem to be a sub pixel line out?
Check with a dead pixel app

I have it too. More towards the center. Vertical line, maybe a half inch or so.

Wierd I woke up and ran a dead pixel test and fixer and the issue is gone!

Has anyone tried taking pictures after installing photosphere and have this show up? If so do you know how to get rid of it?

I should mention.. I get this using the stock camera app. Not photosphere.

Have this same issue after updating to beans 17. No problems if I set it to save to phone instead of the card...

Hi is there a app to make the notification led brighter on note 2? My led is dim when it's in a bright environment. Thanks

Are you on a stock ROM or AOSP? On AOSP you can change the LED brightness on certain ROMs and if you're on AOSP you can flash Plasma kernel which allows you to tweak with the LED brightness levels as well

I don't know of anything that works on Beans, just that certain AOSP roms will let you and that Plasma will let you. You have to be on AOSP to use Plasma though.
You could check out Lightflow and see if it offers you the ability, I know it let's you change what LEDs flash for each app but I'm unsure if it'll allow you to change the brightness levels.
You could also ask in the Beans 20 thread and see if anyone knows.
