I didn't have an issue with this issue with Passion RC1. With Euphoria RC1 the Superuser app has crashed, I installed by wiping data/factory reset, wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache, formatted system, flashed and rebooted, let settle for 10-15 minutes and rebooted. It stops when trying to 'allow' and when I try to access it stops instead of opening. I don't see an uninstall option under app management so I could try reinstall. Any help greatly appreciated!
Go to manage apps->superuser and clear cache and clear data. If that doesn't work, head to the market and see if Chains has an update for you. May need the update fixer too.
Maybe doing Fix permissions from CWM would help.
So I recently updated from slim bean 2.8 to 3.0 and since I have upgraded I have not been able to install anything. I attempt to install through market and I get a -24 error, when I try to install APK I get a simple, App not installed. No explanation.. I did a full wipe back to 2.8 but i'm still getting errors. Wipe cache, dalvik, format data, system and still the same problem after going back to 2.8, help?

Edit: I'm leaving this post as is but I did a complete wipe down to 2.7 then back up to 3.0, that seemed to fix it. Leaving the post as is for someone to search if they have the same problems unless mods want to lock it.
I can't install a 4.3 ROM to System 1 and then install BMM successfully.
I mount and format data, system, and cache, then factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik. I've tried restoring a ROM from another system and fresh installs (different nightlies and repeat downloads).
The ROM boots and when I try to install BMM, either from the Play Store, BMM itself, or Titanium Backup, I get an error that says I have the wrong version of busybox and can't install the app. As a result, any reboot leads to a black screen and Matt's RAZR utility.
Any ideas?

So I've decided to switch from JB to CM, but after using cyanogen installer I noticed that few things (apps, folders from JB) are still there. I tried factory reset but it didn't change anything, so I've found perfect command format /system. All I can do now is access CWM - I put JB.tar.md5 on microSD but no files are being found. Same happened after applying this PhilZ-cwm6-XWMS1-NEE-5.15.9-signed.
I'm out of ideas. Any help?
edit: Ok using CWM I wiped everything (factory reset, cache, format system, dalvik cache) and installed CM10.1/Gapps - system is back!
But the thing is I still have android stuff and my old files. So the question is how to do clean install?

md5 files are for odin (flash from pc), zip for cwm (from phone recovery)
Look up ROM wipe/nuke scripts by hawkerpaul.
I had to reflash system due to some boot loop. System did reboot and worked fine then. I reflashed gapps too, I'm wondering what was wiped? My system settings seems to all be here..
The only things gone will be root if you had it, maybe a few apps you manually installed to system, and maybe a few settings. Also wipe cache and dalvik because sometimes they don't migrate well. As long as you still have your /data folder you should be good app-wise.
