again this is for the previous base, not the new kernel included in the latest OTA, but I am sure once some devs break it down, they will make it work.
leave it to HTC to release source the day after they updated it to a new base/source.
I don't care if it isn't for the new one if it helps someone like Kush get CM9 working better.

Has anyone seen the work here on the DInc. They have achieved a way of having multiple custom roms loaded at the same time ( thanks to EMMC ) and hot swappable(is that a word?) like switching launchers almost... Can one of you, way smarter than me devs attempt to re-create this for the 3VO.... Please!!!!!

Theres a program in the market called boot manager that does the same thing. I sent a device support request for the 3d. Hopefully they will support our device soon. I can fight paying 3 bucks for a multi Rom situation without the wiping and backing up.

The author of Boot Manager is conap. He is also the OP in the DualRom thread mentioned in OP of the thread we are reading. Conap suggests using his app. More information on pages 2 and 3 of his thread. I've been following it for a while. Hopefully he'll update his app so it works with the 3VO.

I used an ICS AOSP kernel and changed the bootclass path to match the Sensation ROM.
justs saw an article over at droid life. supposedly ics will drop on may 9 for the rezound.

I think its awesome that it's been about 7 months since the official release of ICS and most phones still don't have it. All I can say is Awesome with a capital A. It's also nice that that little conference Google had with manufacturers about updates is working....it really shows. Android manufacturers really have proven that they care about updates and people in general. I applaud them..

Update wouldn't have to include the whole Rom. Ruu and update size are not necessarily going to be the same.

I'm not sure you've been roaming around the forums of the amaze but i think we have more support.
Like the cynogenmod 10 team, and even eclipse moved to the sg3, but he's still making roms for us.
In my opinion, it's not dying.
but no one's stopping you from getting a new phone. If you believe there's no more support for this rom , then go ahead and buy a new phone!
