I followed the installation procedure but nothing happen my bootloader still CMW Touch 5504 from siyahh..
when i boot to recovery using the apk that just installed the recovery was skipped

There is a high probability that this will cause an unrecoverable brick, as reported to me:
fstable in this cwm isn't a SGII partition table. The recovery will not work at all and can definitively cause bricks.

I know this is true as touch recovery has already caused bricks on other devices, the Note, for example. Let's not share dangerous methods like this where people who don't know any better might suffer the consequences.

Not too sure on that... if the recovery is not compatible it can really brick your phone. Brick as in you won't even be able to boot to download mode.
Just use the cwm provided here, it's safer.

Just asking, dose you successed to install CWM? Dose it show the full menu in recovery mode(after shut down phone hold down BOTH HOME+POWER, untill you see the recovery menu)?

Can't Install any recovery
Firstly,I tried to install this recovery uaing flashify and it was installed successfully but when i booted to recovery then instead of going to recovery my phone booted as it does regularly. After that i tried to install this recovery using fastboot and when i initiated "fastboot flash recovery philz.img" command then it showed an error message saying no recovery partition found. PLz any one tell what this error is and how to solve it. and also tell that can i install custom rom without any recovery ie. may be by usig fastboot?
Can i flash this custom recovery without unlocking bootloader?

So,before I flash it with Flashify I did these steps
1. Rename .tar.md5 to .tar
2. Extraxt .tar archive
3. You will get recovery.img to be flashed with Flashify

Hi sorry if i post in bad section so i need help i downloaded an CWM ClockWorkMod Recovery for SM-G318H Samsung Galaxy Trend 2 lite i apply the update so it was almost done but an error marked in red and reboot after update failure.
Any suggestion it happens with any zip file for Temp Recovery i have here an picture :crying:

P.S. I Don't trust changing permanent recovery and even download mode odin.

You used phone's Stock Recovery to flash something other than the phone's signed Stock ROM. Hence you got "E: signatue verification failed" error.

I Looked here so fastboot it flash and erase sorry so my phone will not support the advanced boot options and no match found for my model at all so thanks again for the link

Since the software company which developed CWM Recovery has stopped building its versions anymore, there are no new releases of CWM Recovery released within the last 5 years what are ready to be used on mainstream Android devices.
Take note that TWRP can get successfully flashed on A/B systems.

It work fine so i need to change to red if possible so work good so i sent pictures soon I like to know how i restore the stock recovery i backup the whole firmware so i like to change to red .TWRP Work with all devices?

You have to re-flash device's Stock ROM to get device's Stock Recovery back.

I have to say i extract from my correctly firmware code the recovery.img so i will made an tar file or i guess to restore recovery stock in case of problem so i know with .tar.md5 backups.
