Droid RAZR Utility 1.8
Now includes the latest Motorola USB Drivers (install them before doing anything!) AND RSD Lite 5.7. As well as failsafe batches in a seperate folder if you are getting user-generated issues or computer-generated issues .
Functions of 1.8:
Fastboot Restore 6.16.211 (ICS 4.0.4 Official OTA Software). Put the phone into AP Fastboot mode and run the option. (Power the phone on with holding both volume buttons + power button.)
Ice Cream Sandwich Root 4.0.4. This root exploit by the awesome Dan Rosenberg roots our ICS 4.0.4. Have your phone plugged in with USB Debugging enabled and the USB Mode set to MTP or Camera. (If Devices still not found, please factory reset your phone for the root to work, this is of course if installing the drivers did not work).
Install Voodoo's OTA Rootkeeper App. With the phone booted and on USB Debugging enabled (not USB Mode Mass Storage as well), this will install the app.
Install Bootstrap Recovery App (ICS version). With the phone booted and on USB Debugging enabled (not USB Mode Mass Storage as well), this will install the app.
Install Safestrap Recovery App (ICS version). With the phone booted and on USB Debugging enabled (not USB Mode Mass Storage as well), this will install the app.
Flash 6.16.211 boot img (official kernel). Put the phone into AP Fastboot mode and run the option. (Power the phone on with holding both volume buttons + power button.) [This option is to undo Option 7]
Flash 6.16.214 boot.img (leaked kernel). Put the phone into AP Fastboot mode and run the option. (Power the phone on with holding both volume buttons + power button.)

Oh. Really needed the gingerbread utility I think it was 1.6 or 1.7. You should be able to get to recovery and wipe data/and couch and should boot up. Hold both volume keys and power to force reboot and as soon as it flashes off hold both volume keys again to get to recovery

How To Flash OTA .211 from Stock Without Error's Plus Extras
Ok so ive been seeing quite a lot of people getting errors while trying to update to .211 like error 0,7,11 ect....
So i felt i would share what ive been doing to get .211 to flash every time without errors of any kind
Items Needed
Droid Razr Maxx : Verizon Wireless / Ebay / Pandora's box Ect......
Motorola Drivers : https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/78662/p/30,6720,8417

Update Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US :http://www.goiww.com/xbot.html?task=weblink.go&id=29
Or for some crazy reason that one done work use this one and extract both files to your SD Card : https://hotfile.com/dl/160877888/e4eb989/Update.zip.htm
Step By Step Guide
Download all the above files and save to A folder on your desktop for safe keeping and convenience.
Now While you wait for the downloads go a head and back up everything you feel like keeping Apps, Pics,Contacts,Music, Ect ...
( I always back up both SD Cards also external & internal )
Go a head and put the Update zip named " Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US " on your external SD Card
Turn your phone off and Put it in AP FastBoot Mode by Pressing and HOLDING Both the Volume Up & Down Keys And pressing and Holding the Power button until the boot-loader menu pops up and then scroll down to AP FastBoot with the volume Down button and confirming it by pressing the Volume Up button

}
Now Open up DroidRAZRUtility1.6_final and follow the on screen instructions until you reach the main menu and choose option 1
!!! No Matter if your completely stock or not Follow this Step !!!
Once the Utility is done doing its thing reboot your phone and you can go ahead and skip google and phone set up so once your phones fully booted go ahead and turn it off again lolz
Now again Put your phone in AP FastBoot Mode by Pressing and HOLDING Both the Volume Up & Down Keys And pressing and Holding the Power button until the boot-loader menu pops up and then scroll down to AP FastBoot with the volume Down button and confirming it by pressing the Volume Up button
This time Start up DroidRazrUtility1.7forICS and follow the on screen instructions until you reach the main menu and choose option 1
After your phone reboots Power it off and Boot into Android Recovery by Pressing and HOLDING Both the Volume Up & Down Keys And pressing and Holding the Power button until the boot-loader menu pops up and then scroll down to RECOVERY with the volume Down button and confirming it by pressing the Volume Up button
( when recovery boots up and you have that sad dead little droid with the red triangle Press Both Volume Up & Down ant the same time to make menu appear)
Once the Recovery boots up use the Volume Up & Down buttons to navigate the menu and do a Factory Reset / Restore and Wipe Cache about three times lolz i know its a little excessive but when i only wipe ones ore twice i seem to run into problems.
After Wiping the hell out of your phone navigate to Install Update From External SD Card and choose Update Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US and wait for it to finish ...
Now reboot and enjoy the great taste of Ice Cream Sandwich
Root .211
Now Open up DroidRazrUtility1.7forICS and follow the on screen instructions until you reach the main menu and choose option 3
Wait for it to do its thing and reboot and Enjoy your rooted Razr Maxx With Ice Cream Sandwich
OverClock I.C.S .211
Now Open up DroidRAZRUtility1.6_final and follow the on screen instructions until you reach the main menu and choose option 10
Wait for it to do its thing and reboot and Enjoy your OverClocked Razr Maxx With Ice Cream Sandwich OTA .211
Boot & Safe Strap
Turn your phone off and Put it in AP FastBoot Mode by Pressing and HOLDING Both the Volume Up & Down Keys And pressing and Holding the Power button until the boot-loader menu pops up and then scroll down to AP FastBoot with the volume Down button and confirming it by pressing the Volume Up button
Now Open up DroidRazrUtility1.7forICS and follow the on screen instructions until you reach the main menu
A. Choose option 6 For BootStrap
B. Choose option 7 For SafeStrap
Wait for it to do its thing and reboot and Enjoy your Boot or Safe Strapped Razr Maxx With Ice Cream Sandwich OTA .211

On my personal phone i was 100% stock so i just had to put the update on my SD and boot into stock recovery and click update from external SD and everything went perfect.
As for the boot & safe strap im not a 100% sure ive never used them on this phone.

confirmation this works no problem??
also OP, how is battery life going for you?
Ive flash .211 about 5 times for people doing these steps with no errors or problems
And to be honest i think GB has a slightly better battery life but once the new I.C.S flash calms down i believe the battery will stable out and ive been using my phone like crazy and it still last over a day with out charging.

My RAZR is failing it's OTA install...I think because I nuked some apps like Madden and such. This guide should work for me, correct? I'll still receive OTA updates as well?

And if that fails Google for the Ota leak and redownlaod

Thank you so much! I appreciate the help!
Got tired of waiting for the ota, gave this a shot. Made it though setup, working so far.
This is an updated copy of my original guide (located HERE) with easier to follow formatting as well as solutions to known issues when attempting to use this guide.
NOTE: This guide is long and very detailed, yet in no way complicated. I put as much information as I felt would be necessary to safely guide others through the process. Don't feel overwhelmed by the length, but do realize that in the end it is entirely up to you to execute the operation correctly. Proceed with caution if you feel this may be too much for you.
Also, some users can get away with skipping some steps while others can't. Before you begin, understand that you may need to perform a factory reset, while others may not.
MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING BEFORE REPLYING WITH AN ISSUE
How to manually install Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update onto your RAZR / MAXX
These instructions will allow you to upgrade your stock "6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US" Motorola Droid RAZR / RAZR MAXX to the OFFICIAL OTA Update. I am not responsible for anything you do to your phone.
If you are rooted, you may need to un-root. I personally suggest that you unroot before continuing to avoid any possible issues that may arise due to being rooted. If you wish to re-root afterwards you can. If you've rooted your device, then you should already know how (or be able to find out how) to un-root.
Prerequisites:
50% or higher battery charge*
A Windows PC
Your micro-USB cable to link phone and PC
Stock "6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US" phone. This can be checked via Settings>About Phone> "System Version"
All files mentioned in the guide below.
A wall charger that you know for a fact will charge your phone (only required in special cases)
* You may want to consider charging more than 50% due to:
Some users having to use the RAZR Utility multiple times to successfully flash over the ICS Recovery (not ICS itself)
Some users having to perform the system update multiple times before it succeeds
Some users not following directions, thereby running into problems while letting their battery drain to an unsafe level
Before we begin, I am going to explain why this process isn't just a "copy/paste a file to your SD-card and update" affair.
When you download the update from Verizon through the "OTA" (Over-The-Air) process, your phone is instructed, via Verizon, to initiate the update. Since you are here, you obviously have not received the update via that process, hence your phone has not been instructed to initiate the update. This process will force the phone to initiate the update.
LET THERE BE ICE CREAM SANDWICH!
Using your computer, download the update from here:
http://www.goiww.com/xbot.html?task=weblink.go&id=29
The update will be named "Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip". The file name may be confusing since it contains "6.12.181" and not "6.16.211", but don't worry. The reason for this is because Motorola/Verizon named the update based on what version you are coming FROM, not going to. The file is around 354MB.
Do not unzip the file, leave it alone.
Once you have downloaded the update, use this program to make sure the MD5 Check-sums are the same. All this does, is scan the file bit-by-bit to ensure that no data was corrupted or lost during the download. It ensures your file is 100% correct with no problems.
MD5 Checker:
http://download1us.softpedia.com/dl...9b/100022900/software/file_management/md5.zip
MD5 Check-sum (update): 79A1EE4A992EACD1D08F98DEE5DEEBF7
Copy this and paste it into the MD5 Checker program (there is a "Paste" button) and select your update file, and it will automatically check it. If the codes match, continue. If not, re-download the update file until they do.
After you verify that the update file is 100% correct using MD5 Checker, place Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip on your phones EXTERNAL SD card. Plug your phone up to your computer, select USB Mass Storage from the notifications bar on your phone.
Two Micro-SD cards will open on your computer. If you aren't sure which is the external card, then just put the update on both of them. It's not going to affect anything to have it on both cards. If, for example, your SD Cards came up as drives "E" and "F" in on your computer, then you would place the updates in "E:\" and "F:\", essentially the root folders for those cards. As a measure of safety, I recommend re-checking the files using MD5 Checker once they are on the SD Card(s), to ensure no data was corrupted when transferred.
Download mattlgroff's "RAZR Utility 1.7" here:
http://goiww.com/mattlgroff/DroidRazrUtility1.7forICS.zip
It is fairly large at 747MB. As with the update file, check this using the MD5 checker to ensure its the complete, correct file.
MD5 Check-sum (utility): 40DC068DC4B0DFBA12C96A7D18C267E5
Once you verify the file is good, extract it's contents to your desktop, or wherever you want. Once extracted, run "DroidRAZRUtility.bat", you may or may not see the ".bat" part.
IMPORTANT
If you have old RAZR drivers installed, none at all, or aren't sure:
There is a "Drivers" folder included with "Razr Utility 1.7". Install either 32-bit or 64-bit versions depending on which type of windows
(x86 "32-bit" / or 64-bit) installation you are running on your PC. This can be checked by right-clicking "My Computer" and clicking to "Properties".
Turn your phone off. After the phone is off:
hold down BOTH volume buttons and press the Power button. You will boot into the phones boot loader

}
Using the VOLUME DOWN KEY, scroll down "AP Fastboot", and press the VOLUME UP KEY to select it.
Plug it up to your computer via USB cable (if you havn't already).
Start the Razr Utility 1.7, hit any key to continue when it tells you to. You will then be at a menu with options 1 through 9.
Select option 1, and follow the on-screen directions.
IMPORTANT
While running the RAZR Utility, if you are presented with errors saying "system could not find the path specified" then you did not extract it. You MUST extract the files before running "DroidRAZRUtility.bat"
Once the utility is done updating the necessary files on your phone, unplug it from the USB cable.
Press and hold down BOTH volume buttons, then press and release the power button to turn your phone off.
While still holding down BOTH volume buttons, press the power button until you are back in your phones boot loader (see previous image)
Now that you are again in the phones boot loader:
Using the VOLUME DOWN KEY, scroll down "Recovery", and press the VOLUME UP KEY to select it.
The phone will reboot, take a moment at a blank screen, and you will then see a green Android with an exclamation sign. The android must be laying on its side with a red triangle/exclamation mark.
IMPORTANT
If the image on your phone does not look like the one below, the RAZR utility was unable to flash the ICS Recovery files. You will need to go back to step 4.
At the green Android image:
Press BOTH volume keys at the same time and release. You are now in the phones recovery menu
Using the volume keys, scroll down to "Apply update from external storage" and press the POWER button.
Using the Volume keys:
Scroll down to "Apply update from external storage" and press the POWER button.
Scroll down to "Blur_Version.6.12.181.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip" and press the POWER button to apply the update.
The update process will take approximately 10 minutes, possibly longer. After it is done, select "reboot system now". You are now on the ICS OTA Update.
IMPORTANT
If you encounter any errors during the update installation:
Using the recovery menu, select "wipe data/factory reset" and press the POWER button. Scroll down to "yes" and press the POWER button.
Afterwards, select "wipe cache partition" and press the POWER button.
Once both wipe's are complete:
Press and hold down BOTH volume buttons, then press and hold the power button to turn your phone off.
While still holding down BOTH volume buttons, press the power button until you are back in your phones boot loader
Using the VOLUME DOWN KEY, scroll down "Recovery", and press the VOLUME UP KEY to select it. The phone will reboot into Recovery.
Repeat steps 8 & 9
In rare cases, some users you have had to try to install the update more than once before it succeeded.
IF ALL ELSE FAILS AND NOTHING ABOVE HELPED
Download mattlgroff's "RAZR Utility 1.6" (NOT 1.7) here:
http://goo.im/apps/mattlgroff/DroidRAZRUtility1.6_final.zip
As with the previous files, use MD5 Checker to verify is it correct.
MD5 Check-sum: 99Df6CA0B1EA9AD28E88DD7D5FE45B8B
Using the same methods from above to get into the AP Fastboot mode:
run option 1 on the 1.6 utility
Once done, the phone will reboot, install a 100% stock copy of .181 Gingerbread, then reboot
Once the phone has booted to the "Welcome to Android" screen (or whatever it says), turn the phone off and restart this guide from step 1.
IF YOU ARE STUCK AT THE RED MOTOROLA "M" BETWEEN STEPS
Press and hold down BOTH volume buttons, then press and hold the power button to turn your phone off.
While still holding down BOTH volume buttons, press the power button until you are back in your phones boot loader
IF AP FASTBOOT INDICATES YOUR BATTERY IS TOO LOW TO PEFORM FLASH
Reboot into the boot loader
Plug your phone into a known working WALL charger
Scroll down to "BP TOOLS"
Press volume up to reboot the phone into charge only-mode, similar to the image below (this is the ICS charge-only screen)
(COMPLETELY OPTIONAL)
I personally recommend doing a factory reset on your phone afterwards. You don't have to. If you've ever worked with computers and installed a newer version of Windows over an older version, you'll know the newer version will still work, but its slowed down a little by old files from older version of Windows you just replaced. Again, this isn't necessary, but recommended.
HUGE thanks to "mattlgroff" for his utility, all his hard work, and amazing support to the RAZR/MAXX community! At the end of the day, all credit for this being possible (in my opinion at least) should go to him for giving us the option to perform this. Thanks again Matt!
thanks for the tutorial.

Yea I looked at the troubleshooting and it didnt mention anything about that.
I checked the md5 sums for the utility and the .zip file and bother matched up.
Great write up, very detailed and clear. Thanks!
Thank you OP for updating the method!! I tried the method in the other thread and it didn't work for me. All the pictures and everything in this method made it a lot easier. I just completed it and my phone just booted up, I now have ICS!!
Home button stopped working
I did this whole set up on my Razr Maxx and I ended up having to do a factory reset for it to work, but now my home button isnt working... Is there any fix to this and if not, how do I revert to GB? Thanks though everything else is great. the phone is a little slow though from lag... Please respond with some information
What if I am on 6.14.75 XT912 Android version 4.03 rooted. Do I need to downgrade???
Should I back up my internal memory on my computer? Cuz i know the Batman utility erases does this one too?

One thing I did a little bit different from the instructions is before I "installed the update folder" I did the factory wipe and wiped cache and then I installed the update zip from the external SD card. I installed it like I would a custom rom. Just to make sure everything was clean when I did it.
so im still having issues.
I downloaded the .211 update
downloaded both the 1.6 and 1.7 utility
checked all with md5 check sum (all was good)
put the update on the root of my SD card
booted into AP FB
opened the 1.7 utility
booted up and when it said "press any key to continue" i pressed enter and the screen closed.
according to here:http://www.droidrzr.com/index.php/topic/2899-droid-razr-utility-17-help-thread/
i added to the PATH
I added to the system path like it says to in the link (pic attached)
so i then tried to boot up 1.7 and again when it tells me to press any key, it just closes.
Then i tried using the 1.6 utility and it just closes as well
Thats as far as ive gotten
Any way to undo?
I loaded it but had too many problems with the ICS ( like home button not working/no lock screen, etc...) so I need to undo it. I tried the Razr Utility 1.7 option 2 to unstick myself and it bricked me. So i ran it again to unbrick and it force closed after "installing 'radio' " If anyone provides information helping me get back to GB id be more than happy to DONATE! :good:.... PLEASE! i need my phone!

You can never go back to GB. All you needed to do was reboot a few times, and if that didn't help perform a data and cache wipe. Repeat the guide and you should be ok

I've spoken with Matt about this and he suggested if the path modification didn't work, to try another sideloading method. You will need to be on a stock .181 build and root. You can find the alternate method here:

Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help me.
I got a TF201 recently and it was rooted so I decided to try and flash it back to factory setting, I went into recovery mode and found there was a backup on there from when it was first made so I restored it to that.
I then clicked the button to reset the system and it gets to the Asus logo but doesn't go any further.
I tried booting into recovery again (power and vol down key) and all I get to is a menu that says "wipe data" or "fastboot USB download protocol", but no matter what I do I can't get past that screen!
Have I properly bricked it? or is there some way I can save this?

You are still on ICS bootloader.
I would advise you doing the nvflash process before leaving ICS because with them files backed up you can never hard brick your prime.
http://androidroot.mobi/t3_nvflash/
What rom do you want to install on there?
Here is a quote from another post I made.
Ok, you are on the ICS bootloader at the moment. The first thing we are going to do is flash a version of TWRP recovery on there which will allow you to install a rom off the external SD.
Power off the prime and put yourself into fastboot mode by holding power button and volume down the same time until a few icons appear on the screen. At this point press volume down to go over to the usb icon and then press volume up. It will look like the prime has frozen. Plug the prime into pc and make sure you have the drivers installed. If you do not please install them from here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1426502
Next follow this post to flash ICS twrp http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34477681&postcount=5705
Only use the file in that link to install it while on ICS bootloader. Later on you are going to flash hairybean 1.3 which will take you up to Jellybean Bootloader. If you use this file after that you will brick your tablet.

When you go to the bootloader where the icons are and you plug the prime into PC it should show up in device manager. If the drivers are not installed it will show unknown device in device manager. If they are installed they will be up the top somewhere under asus or android devices saying something like asus bootloader interface.

Oh wait.. You are on ICS.. It's been so long.
I think the way to get into recovery on that is to hold the power down and volume down button to turn it on and then press volume up when the message appears. I don't think you had the recovery icon on ICS.

Well I have some blob files here that should take you to either the 4.1.1 bootloader and a custom recovery or the 4.2.1 bootloader and a custom recovery but when you upgrade to them you will lose the ability to ever make your nvflash backups.
It all depends what rom you want to go to and if you want to go this route.

Here we go.
Make a folder on a drive like d:/fix and place the following zip in it (not on desktop).
Extract it there and run the Attempt_Fix.bat file.
http://flumpster.lolcakes.com/android/Fix%20for%20ICS%20Guy.zip
Follow the onscreen instructions to get into fastboot mode. When it gets to the writing 'staging' part that is where is should pause for about 5 minutes and a blue line should fill on the screen. Do not turn it off at this point.

If everything completes correctly and the blue line filled all the way then when you continue at the end it should restart and stick on the Asus screen.
Hold down volume down and power button for 10 seconds and keep holding and see if the icons reappear.

When you switch the prime on now where is the NVIDIA logo this time. If it is bottom right it has definitely updated the bootloader.

True, but there seems to be some kind of safety feature HTC built into the phone to prevent you from accidentally restarting your phone like that in say your pocket. The ambient light sensor is checked before the reboot will take place, hence the recommendation of rebooting with a light pointed at the sensor or at least in a brightly lit room.

I never knew that the phone checks the ambient light sensor before it reboots. I usually just hold the power and volume up button for about 10 seconds
Uh I just usually hold power until the back and home button starts blinking then it will stop to tell you the phone is off. I thought the guy who said the thing about ambient light was being sarcastic

Confirm this is true!
I was stuck in the aroma when I was flashing the kernel. I tried for hours to shut it down (tried everything, like hold down for minutes, all combination of holding buttons, etc..) but nothing works. At last I found this post and followed the instructions...
Additional info: The Light sensor has to be stimulated for couple second (may due to some buffer on the sensor reading). The last time I succeeded when I pointed a LED light to the sensor for about 10 seconds and then hold down the power button.
Thanks gunnyman! (Say thanks with words and Thanks button! XD)
alternate method to holding down buttons
I had to find a way to restart the phone when it was in TWRP and frozen. This was caused by using an outdated version of TWRP and no combination of buttons or bright lights was working. If you have access to a computer and are comfortable using adb, this method worked for me.
1) Get and install the latest adb files. I use something called minimal adb and fastboot.
2) Connect your phone, open a command prompt in the directory where your adb is located
3) Type "adb devices" and your phone SHOULD show up
4) Type "adb reboot" or "adb reboot-bootloader" and the phone will reboot either normally or into the bootloader, whichever you prefer.
5) ?????
6) Profit.
thanks all, power and vol up and down worked like a charm

Hi there, am also stuck on frozen TWRP screen, all was well and good for a while but then my damn stock rom downloaded an android update over wifi between reboots (didnt notice) and applied it without asking and now TWRP is non-responsive to touch. Have tried following the above but for some reason now fastboot wont recognise the device, it just says device not found when i try the above (when booted into stock rom). Have tried booting into TWRP and pushing the recovery flash, at the moment its not working either (can get into and out of TWRP as described above). Is it pertinent that during the process i get "ADB server is out of date. Killing:*Daemon started successfully? I have updated android studio to latest but still get this message for some reason...Any help much appreciated. Just trying to get a working recovery so i can flash rom.

Maybe my question above is in the wrong thread? I can confirm that holding down both up and down volume buttons an then power does the same thing as taking the battery out in other models (restart).

Fastboot commands work in the bootloader / fastboot USB
adb commands work in TWRP / recovery
If you can get to the bootloader fastboot USB reflash TWRP or relock the bootloader and flash the same version firmware you have now again
and then flash TWRP
Hi cIsA, thanks for your reply and for distinguishing that after replacing the recovery with TWRP only adb commands will work. Havent had this problems with other phones I have modded. When you say get to the bootloader, one does that by holding down volume down and power no? That takes me to TWRP. I thought recovery and bootloader were the same. So this mean i cant run fastboot commands after installing TWRP? I have re-posted my question in the TWRP thread for this device as I think I may be off topic given the thread title.

I'm stuck at the moment, but the phone does boot up but coping files to the internal memory won't work. Any ideas or help will be deeply appreciated.
Try this first:
1) Remove battery and disconnect USB Cable
2) Press and hold Volume Up
3) Insert battery while Still pressing volume up
4) Insert USB Cable while Still pressing volume up
5) With a little luck you're in download mode and able to flash KDZ with LG flash tool
If not, it seems like fastboot should be working from that screen. I remember going through that on my G2. Make sure your drivers are working. Reinstall them, reboot computer. If you can get your computer to recognize it in fastboot you should be able to flash the partitions manually. Sounds like just laf is needed, at least to get you to download mode so you can KDZ.
Edit- hmm you upgraded to lollipop, I believe I read that Verizon removed fastboot. Maybe some more ideas will come.

Thanks for the reply,
I tried all those mentioned, the fastboot looks like it working but when i shoot over the file it just hangs there then gives an error to the lines of "to many lines" I can't recall exactly.
UPDATE: Now I can't boot into the system all, it goes straight to Fastboot now

if you cant get download mode to come up, your laf partition is jacked. im not sure how you would fix that from recovery though, as adb is disabled, or was for me anyway.

you may want to have the boot img handy too, im skeptical that all your issues came from laf, just a guess though. jacked kernel may be kicking it back, and jacked laf is defaulting to fastboot thats not there.

I can't, the screen shot in the first post is all I get no matter how I try to boot the phone, even plugging it in sends it right to that screen.
Have you tried pulling battery, volume down then power to get into system recovery screen? Then maybe factory reset, just thinking outloud here.

Maybe try to contact @nitroglycerine33 he had the usb yanked while flashing with lg tool (very bad) and fixed it. Maybe he can point you in the right direction.
I sent him a PM, this issue kept me up all night... I cant think of anything.
I fixed the exact same issue by removing the battery, then taking out the SIM card and my external SD. Once those were gone, I pressed and held Vol Down and Power, then put the battery back in while continuing to hold the two buttons. Shortly after the battery was put in, the phone vibrated and went to its traditional recovery menu. From there, I just selected Wipe Cache, and I was then taken to my original TWRP I had. Redoing the process for installation of Jasmine went flawlessly the second time around and am currently running it right now.
