[UCLE5] Semi v15c Comments - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-I777

I am too new (not enough posts) to be able to directly comment on the Base thread in Android Development but would like to comment on a question in the thread regarding Bluetooth connection. I am on v15c and have had no problems with the Bluetooth on either my Lincoln (SYNC) or my Genesis. The Rom paired correctly and connects automatically.
For the information of other users I have tested the TV out and it functions properly and I can connect to my HDTV's with the MHL adaptor and view Netflix and other videos.
Keep up the good work.

[Q] USB host possibilities (TNT receiver, Wifi dongles,...) ?

Hi!
I've read forum rules and even used the search button to ensure that this question (or at least the tv tuner possibility) has not been asked yet...
So, could we expect to see these kind of devices working in a "near" future?
And for the wifi dongle, I know the built-in wifi works very well, but we could use another dongle with bigger antenna or with a friendlier chipset based adapter (to verify my own wifi network security with aircrak-ng, for instance ).
Cheers!
(I've already seen disk drive, keyboard and mouse in action).
Any idea ?
[trying to put the post again on the first page...] I wish I could post in the development topic...

2005 Audi A6 3.2Q & Bluetooth

Prior to my recent discovery of the XDA community and others alike, I searched through Audi forums with no such luck to finding my answer.
Now that I have access to the minds of the tech world, I figured my answer might be answered quickly and correctly.
I have paired my Rezound to my car without a hitch (with ICS & CleamROM, the early GB stock acted up constantly). However, I am looking for a way, if at all possible, to upload my contacts via Bluetooth (there is a dock in the center console but I doubt they make an attachment for the Rezound). I would also like to be able to play music from my music apps such as Pandora, Google Music, etc. via Bluetooth.
I bought the car used, and I'm going to assume the software in the car (it has navi) hasn't been updated since it was first purchased.
My goal is to get a definitive answer as to whether my car is capable of either (uploading contacts via Bluetooth & streaming music via Bluetooth over the car speakers) and if so, what is needed to go about doing so (do I need to update the cars software and such or download an app or tweak some settings to make it work).
Appreciate what you guys do here, been utilizing this forum for months now and have learned a ton. Hoping to soon use my new found knowledge to help others that are new & transition for my noob status of just reading, learning & asking questions.

i9300 and bluetooth devices.

Hello. First of all I'd like to say thay I had searched the threads as well as play store and google, and did not find any sufficient data on the matter.
I am running Ultima custom ROM on my Galaxy S3 i9300, I might have asked in the ROM thread section, but I am fairly sure this will not be ROM related, more like app related.
I recently bought a stand alone bluetooth keyboard slider case, that my SGS 3 fits in, but it forces me to keep bluetooth enabled all the time. Thus, my Sony Smartwatch that I use keeps connecting all the time via bluetooth as well. Now up to this point I used the bluetooth connection on the smart watch only when needed, for example while driving to switch songs (since the SGS 3 is docked as GPS, channeled by AUX to the car radio), which enabled me to preserve most of the watch battery power (charged it once a week, even less). Now, whenever I have the watch near the phone it will randomly connect on its own, or I make it connect by tapping it one time too many.
Now the question, is there an app somewhere that lets me filter my connected bluetooth devices, and let's say restrict the smart watch on my demand? Any info how to obtain selective bluetooth connectivity, I welcome.
please don't ask questions in this section
I feel like a moron, why didn't I post this in the Q&A -_-'' I'm sory...

Bluetooth 4.2

Looks like Bluetooth 4.2 will allow accessing the internet over bluetooth.
That should make this watch a lot more useful if it can simply connect to the internet through any (paired) Bluetooth device with internet access, not just the one paired phone.
Now we just have to hope that devs can bring this to our watch (I have given up on Google actually delivering anything useful for Android wear)

Bluetooth Stack Protocols

Hi Everyone, I'm new here - just made an account because I cannot figure this problem out. I just started playing around with Xposed and I LOVE it by the way! but unfortunately that's not why I'm here. I have a Headrush bluetooth headset, it's great, has a built in mic, a2dp & works for calls even on a old ipod touch 4th gen for some reason though, my Lenovo a-5500f a8 ideatab running android 4.4.2 won't read the mic, I only have the media option, no call option.
I don't know what to do. there's like nothing at all on this, I read ONE forum that someone was experiencing my problem, and the only answer was that it's most likely because it's a WiFi tablet & wasn't meant to make phone calls on. I love my tablet & my headphones & would really be blown away if I could find a solution to this. I'm good with Linux & Windows, just learning Android stuff & it's really similar to Linux so it's not too far off, but I'm so clueless on this..
So an overview: my tablet won't detect the mic/phone call protocol for this headset, the headset works 100% on all other devices except for my new tablet.. I also have a few USB OTG's, is it possible I could perhaps run another bluetooth through a OTG? SixAxis works great, I can connect a controller, but not this mic..
any brainstorming to this helps, thank you.
