Does anybody knows a good app for making video call from Wildfire to desktop Mac?
Tried ooVoo, but video is too small (doesn't fill the full screen).

I was wondering if you guys know if it's possible to change any settings in the video recording app in x10 mini (android 2.1) ? The ideal for me would be able to record in anything other than 3gp. I have also searched the market for an app which converts 3gp to another format (on the phone I mean) but didn't find anything.
The reason I want to do this is because I have found a pretty great free app, which I recommend to everyone, which is called TwonkyServer Mobile : it transforms your phone into a DLNA server, so you can directly view photos, music and videos that are on your phone to your TV through any other DLNA device such as XBOX, PS3, Bravia TV, media centers, etc...
It amazes all the people to who I demoed this : you take a pic from your phone, launch twonkyserver, and BOOM it's on your TV
It would be so great of I could do the same with videos, but 3gp formats are not recognised by most media centers...
try lgcamera from the market it can record in mp4 and avc..

Dude ! The LG app is unusable, it crashes all the time, I cant use this.

I still have the same problem. The issue comes from the fact that the phone only records videos in 3gp format, and the TV does not have the 3gp codec to read it. There are only 3 solutions :
- wait for bravia update to have a 3gp codec (and this might take forever).
- find another video recording app working on the x10 mini which can record in another format such as MP4 (but I haven't found it).
- find another app which can convert 3gp to mp4 on the phone (can't find it either).
If any of you guys have a clue for this, I would be very thankfull.

Really enjoying my flyer but having 2 problems and wondering if it's just me?
It plays videos but every time I pause or fast forward or in any way try to change position of the movie, it.freezes on a single image and the soundtrack continues to run. It does this whatever video programme I use.
The other thing is that when I type in internet programmes, swype typing doesn't work.
If anyone can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated,

Is that a 1080p video? And what resolution is it? The flyer's codecs may be getting overwhelmed. Try downconverting the video to a lesser size.

Thanks for your reply. It behaves the same with any size/resolution of video - although video playback online eg: via youtube works fine. I'm in the UK, as yet I haven't received the firmware update.
I haven't had that problem yet, but I can see it being an issue on any tablet or smart phone for some videos
every time i try to send a video via mms or text i cant because the file is to big. is there anyway to make the video smaller or do i need an app to resize the video files? thanks
If you know that your going to want to send the video via one of those methods, start off in one and select video with the attach clip. Then the video will automatically be compressed to fit into the MMS or Email. Of course, the video will look blocky and be limited to a certain time frame, but this will allow you to send the video.
Plugging the phone or sd card directly into my PC is what's worked best for me personally.
Skype video doesn't work on our phones? Or just me?
must be you i skype my kids all the time, make sure you are using the video option and you have the camera enabled for it
hey i have a rooted gs4 and I want to do a minecraft pe hunger games with my friend while on skype but i use SCR Screen Recorder Pro but it doesnt record with skype is there any other way to screen record my phone while on skype please help!!
I couldn't find any apps that would allow that with Skype unless using a PC. Why don't you send your video feed to your TV and record the TV? You could then use an app like MirrorOp to accomplish the sending/receiving of the video feed.
