We'll need a bit more information than that, such as your modem/baseband version, kernel, and specific ROM, etc.

Galaxy s2 -I9100G music player crushing

I'm kind of a noob here, my new galaxy s2 crushes a lot especially anytime I try using the music player with my headphones connected. I'll have to manually reboot by removing the battery. Read that it's very peculiar to the GT-I9100G models, but I'm yet to come across a solution. Any ideas? Pls help!

Try using a xxlb1 firmware. For me it works perfectly.

I've got the same issue here. I know that changing to a new ROM would probably fix that forever.
So until someone comes up with a better solution heres what I do:
Install PowerAmpPlayer (look for the full version)
then when playing DO NOT LOCK SCREEN, its ok if screen locks on its own but never push the lock screen button when playing.
Did that and never crashed but I'm still uncomfortable with the stupid phone!

Okay, there's only 2 solution,
First, flash some official firmwares (choosing any other country region) it may solved, for example XXLB1 firmwares.
Second, Flash a custom firmwares and kernel. (for sure it will solve)
That's it. =)

[Q] Apps not showing in Battery use

I have a strange problem in my Galasy S3
After last update XXLF2 (4.0.4) no root, and made a factory default and format.
However, I noticed that when I go to Battery usage ( Setting---Battery) , I can't find any application in the list, not even with 1%. The only things showing are (Cell Standby / Screen / Android System / Voice Calls / Device Idle / Android OS)
I down't know how?!!! I'm using Whatsapp always and twitter and Chrome, but nothing appears.
I had tried the code of *#*#4664#*#* ( or something like that) and showed me that Whatsapp using the battery.!!!
So what is the problem of mine now?
Any help.
Thanks

Chill dude. It doesn't show in mine also. I think it's different algorithm to segregate task. For example if An app is using GPS , and GPS is eating up your battery..the stock might put that under GPS while badass might put it under apps. I'm not sure though.

Dude I think its the viber app. Are you using this app? Try to close it and you will that the sensor will off. I uninstall it for the mean time and wait for another update
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Yes, the problem is viber app. I dont know viber or rom, but when i kill vib
r, sensor stop light.
Problem with viber is for every android device. Here is the previous version
http://db.tt/SkSNRu3C
I had this too.. Thought it might be smart stay but I removed viber (even though I hadn't even signed in to it ) and Red Light is now gone! Suspect that may possibly have contributed to the slightly enhanced battery drain I was getting in the latest official stock JB ROM (XXDLIB)..

Glad I read this, but I was wondering too, and uninstalled never use it anyway

Two post up i post link. This is previous version of viber
Here is the link http://db.tt/SkSNRu3C
I too had the sensor on all night last night. It was after installing siyah kernel it seemed to happen. This morning was going to flash stock kernel back to see if it fixed it. But before that I just did a reboot and when it came back on it was not showing anymore.
I do have Viber and it's always on as we use it for picture messages, it's still on now and the sensor is not showing.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Edit: it did come back and it was down to Viber, I have installed previous version and it's perfect. Thanks for the link
same problem fixed
I got the same problem after installing JB for my S3... but i did what you guys said... uninstalling viber the problem gone, so i better now knowing my JB Room its not the problem...
Viber just released v2.2.3 which they claim resolves the issue.

[Help] Wi-Fi will not turning off

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is correct thread, but I have strange problem with wi-fi. Few days ago I do a clean install of PA 3,99 RC2 but since yesterday I have strange issue because even if wi-fi is switched off in battery usage screen is still visible as active.
If it's important I'm on Googy max kernel.
Any ideas?

In WI-FI options turn off "scan always enabled" or similar.
