It must be you are using an att one x? Using the unlocked galaxy s iii it won't send mms, gets stuck on sending. With your settings.

It's greyed since it's locked, but you can hit menu and create a new apn, then input the settings GG posted in the screenshot, set the new apn as default once saved then give it a shot.:good:

i got lucky with my amaze.......i have 5gb with free wifi hotspot tethering......they gave me the tethering a couple of days ago for free. i cancelled a line with t mobile and i asked for the tethering and all free haha....
Edited because I'm an idiot that didn't read the OP again.

This solution got Hotspot/Wireless Tethering working for me... haven't pushed a ton of data through it yet, but it worked right off the bat.

And setting the LTE scan time to 0 works wonders for me
It connected asap as soon as get into LTE area
Setting it to 0 might drain your battery faster than usual though. Setting it to 1 will make it scan every minute for LTE

If you need your MSL, I actually got mine through Sprint Chat.
Just tell them you took an update, you need to do a reset through the dialer menu, and that you lost your MSL that you previously had written down. They gave me the MSL for both of the lines on my account with no questions.

I figured it out. The password is your MSL. Download MSL reader from the play store. then type the number gives you next time you are prompted for a password
This method has already been suggested here before a few times....

Flashed and working well for me. Even have it set to my default camera widget from the LS. I like being able to take a picture by simply tapping the screen.

it should work on 4.3 it was originally built for Moto X that is Running 4.3.

Me too. I have tried a few others but end up restoring my back up within an hour. The only other one that comes close is jedi to me. Lots of features and nice and smooth. Just not goodness though.

1.08 and the 3minit settings are in the original post. Thats all you need. The app with all the different downloads isnt working. So no need for that.

SYSTEM/APP/SecTelephonyProvider.apk
Rename old SecTelephonyProvider.apk to SecTelephonyProvider.apk.bak in system/app
Paste new SecTelephonyProvider.apk. and set permissions to 0644 (rwrr)
SYSTEM/PRIV-APP/SecMms.apk
Rename old SecMms.apk to SecMms.apk.bak in system/priv-app
Paste new SecMms.apk. and set permissions to 0644 (rwrr)
Restart phone.
IMPORTANT: Back up your phone before trying this. You won't be able to remove easily if you wanna go back. It changes system and data files. The messaging does work and it's kinda cool but mms doesn't work.

Camera, but I believe that a fix may already have been attained, and a newer iteration is in the pipeline.

Thanks for the info! I checked the OP of your ROM thread and didn't see it....is there anyway to throw together a package of your s5 sms stuff so I can just throw that on my phone? since you are from what I see the first to beast mode it into perfection.
Edit: ok I found the apks in your other thread. (I was originally looking in S5 port thread). Now have you changed those apks at all? cause the ones I grabbed a few weeks ago from international forums would install and work EXCEPT for mms. thanks in advance!
