Do you have your power saving mode turned on?
Did u try with other Rom and kerneal whether its flickering or not ?
power saving mode is off , ya used stock check rom omega i am getting
Thn im afraid it could be a hardware issue do a full wipe..go back to stock rom and check once. if the problem is still continuing then i wil recommend you to take it to a service center.

Did you by any chance change some of the developer settings of your phone? If you did, try unchecking all check boxes in the developer settings and see if the problem persists.

The screen uses the most energy. Pretty logical for it to be on the top. If you're not using your phone for a day, of course the android os process will be at the top.

Try calibrating your sensors, they may have been corrupted during upgrade so phone doesn't know it's being rotated. All the best.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
if you're still on stock rom and stock kernel so your currunt kernel can still do these two :
1)wipe cache(try this one only first time, if it presists ,then do both next time)
2)wipe data/factory reset ( take a back up of your contacts and messeges )
to get into kernel recovery mode = ( hold this combination while ur phone is turned off :volume up + home + power ,hold these till u see the S2 splash screen, as soon as u see it , release the button combination immediately )
in recovery mode u can move up and down using volume keys and select either with home or power button

Is there any way to calibrate sensors in jb?
Hello everybody.
When i'm not toucking my phone, it sometimes do a reboot, all by itself.
Does anybody know what may be the problem?
You mean apart from the fact that you are running a rejected by Samsung firmware ???
Bad flash or an app causing problems factory reset reflash wait for official release .
jje
^^^^Crappy answer.....lol
i am not seeing any reboots on the new leak......so the guy above was probably right about a bad flash or improper install/Wipe.
Hi,
don't have that problem too, factory reset should help.
but i dont get a wifi connection on all jb releases, anyone has this problem too?

Hi everybody.
I got a problem with my S3 I9300.
The thing is that it is stuck/freezes very frequently during the day.
Sometimes it doesn't wake up from deep sleep (neither if I hit the home button nor the power on/off button) and sometimes it just reboots and I have to enter the SIM PIN.
I really have no clue what the hell is wrong - it worked like a charme until this thing started (about one week ago).
After I reboot the device it is working for ... I cannot say exactly. Hours? Minutes?
During the night it seems like there is no problem - because if it would freeze/reboot I would not hear my alarm
It is rooted and Cyanogenmod 10.1 is running on it (nightly build from the 28th of April).
Are there any logfiles on the system were I can take a look at or something like this? Something is happening and I want to find out what exactly and how to prevent it from happening.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

I've already "flashed"/updated to the newest Cyanogenmod release without success.
But I can give it a try with another ROM/Stock ROM.
Thanks so far.
Have you tried on Settings>Developer Options to disable all animations?
You can also try Greenify app (for rooted phones only) it's disables unnecessary processes.
And by the way don't forget to clean your cache (you can use Clean Master app for that)

Hi Simonna,
thanks - I'll give it a try.
I'll also test if the issue is still persistent with AOKP ROM. If it is, I will try the Stock ROM.
Many thanks so far.

Manuel
I flashed to the current AOKP ROM some days ago and I have to say it is running really smooth and stable. Just had one hang and this may has been caused by an app. Maybe something was wrong/faulty with the file system or something.
Furthermore thanks for the "Greenify"-App hint. This is app is brilliant!

Hi! I'm kinda new so if the topic was disscused give me a link if not help me a bit. Basically the camera isn't focusing the long distance photos they are all blurry and no definition what so ever , and when i slowly bring the phone closer the object is getting more and more accurate but to a certaine point then becomes blurry again and in all these time the auto focusing isnt working. And i tried most of the solutions like: reseting all camera options, turning on anti- shake mode , taping on the screen to focus, turn on autofocus, turn on macro , changing resolution , changing metering ... bassicaly all the options avabile and i want to know if it can be fixed by any software way or by factory reseting the phone. If is not clear enough i'll come back with some sample pictures and more explications.
Thanks alot! and sorry for my grammar mistakes

First step factory reset .
If it still doesn't work after a wipe, if u still have warranty. Best ask for a replace.
Sent from my GT-I9300
Well well the factory reset didn't worked... but you see i have like 2 dark fuzzy points when i'm in camera mode... see down there .... and yes i cleaned my back lense... do those 2 dark point may be the problem?

Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Well i have nvr seen someone with this kind of problem so yeah. If u are someone who takes pics frequently, i recommend u to actually just bring it to the service centre and ask them to fix it. But yeah, u said ur warranty is gone. So u have to pay.
