[Q] Google voice for different slang - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there, are there any way can I modify the input slang for Google voice? Cz I'm an Asian and every time I speak something to my phone, the voice prediction just doesn't match what I wanted

I don't think English with an Asian accent is an option, no. Is English your primary language?
screamworks

Nope, my main is Chinese, bt I speak English in school n to the society. Malaysian English is weird lol. We dun really speak proper English unless we're presenting something formal

English (Canada)

I would like the English (Canada) language package. None of the roms I use have it except for cm9. Where can I get it and how do I install it?

What's the difference to other English's?
And this question is actually ment serious!
I know some differences en-us<->en-uk but what's the ones to en-ca?
They have aboot instead of about and eh.

Also wondering what the difference from UK English is.
I'm sure there must be an Australian language pack? that adds a default question mark? on the end of every sentence? too?
Is there anyway to get the language pack and add it into the rom?
Where can I even find the language packs in the rom..
Anyone?
Bump Bump
Try morelocale2 from market

English Canada is a combo of UK and U.S.
So you can spell both ways and it is acceptable.
Words like colour for example is UK and will be a typo in US but CA will accept both colour and color as correct!

the pronounciation of chinese names is called “pin yin”,that is to say when you read a chinese name, its just like reading an english name. for example,my name is 王鹤,when you read it you can say “Wang He”,so when i want to find myself on my phone i can just dial the number 9 and 4 for the initial letters W and H just like what sense dialer does.

It's not meant to be funny. What he means is you're an ungrateful prat.
You ask a question, people give you useful answers & you effectively throw those answers back in their faces. Classy :-/
No wonder some people (me included) tend to give lazy people (like you) the 'search' answer rather than take the time to explain the obvious/easily found or do all the work for you. Ain't worth it.

I have the same problem. That is because Google now is not available in your country. It can't provide information like flight time for your country. You could try using a proxy if you are rooted.
There is an update in the play store!
Send from my xperia p
No, the update doesn't solve this problem. It only adds "search with camera" and some new features
