Ok, so I've been searching online to buy myself a S II, and I came to amazon. They had it in stock for $700 CAD. They listed it as a "GT-I9100LKADBT" does anyone know what model this is or what model the phone actually is? How do you know that it is unbranded?
im 100% sure that dbt is for unbranded german phone. branded ones for example EPLUS have EPL instead of DBT...its unbranded no need to be worried about that.

Thanks guys! One final question. Does it matter what version of the phone I get? I mean as long as it has english on it and isn't the UK version which doesn't have NFC, they are all the same. Right?

Both use the ¥ symbol. Why is that surprising? Dozens of countries use $ or £ to refer to different currencies.

Stupidly I never made a backup of my official ROM, and now I'm thinking I should try and get hold of one, in case the phone ever needs to go back.
Any ideas where I can find this specific ROM? I know that when I used to have HTD phones, the ROMs used to get leaked left right & centre, and you could get hold of any service provider ROM for any country quite easily.
I found one on samsungs firmware downloads.
