I guess its not necessary to be rooted before installing CWM recovery. Anyways visit Ace Forum, and search for the available CWM recovery versions, and install by reading the instructions specified there.
Good Luck and Happy Flashing!

No a custom custom kernel will not remove your ROM, before you flash your chosen kernel read the devs instructions and notes on the brick bug issue. I use the latest siyah have had no problems. Read before flashing there is no rush. All the best

Nope it shouldn't brick your device but Instead of using Odin why not use the safer CWM recovery?

please rephrase your post. It's not clear
Swyped from my Samsung Galaxy SII
He meant stock Samsung kernel.
OP: you can't do this, since CM9 needs kernel compatible with AOSP ROMs.
Then is there any way to remove cm9 rom?

If you want to remove CM9, I am assuming that you wish to replace it with a new ROM. Go through the forum and choose a new ROM and place it in your phone's USB drive or SD card. Then go into ClockWorkMod Recovery mode and Factory Reset/Wipe your device. Then install a new zip and choose the zip file of the ROM you downloaded. If there is any part of this that you do not know how to do, say so and I will give instructions or refer you to one of the many excellent guides that have already been written.
A kernel is essentially only a part of a ROM. So when you flash a new ROM you are flashing a new kernel as well, but when you flash a new kernel you are only changing the kernel section of your ROM, not your entire ROM.

Sorry for my bad english. I think i mean wrong. I want to flash a kernel with auto root but dont want to flash it with odin. If im not wrong I can not flash siyahkernel via stock cwm? if i can flash any kernel via stock cwn than i can flash siyah too
You mean Stock Recovery, CWM is a custom Recovery. Which one you've got? Stock probably... you need to have CWM installed than you can use any kernel you want.

I installed it while flashing CF root with Odin, how can I flash it by itself? Do you know a guide or something?
Guides are all in the stickied faqs and guides .

As said guides are in the stickies. Just download cwm Odin flashable zip.

When you install some mods on cwm based recoveries it leads to a stock recovery restoration. There should be a warning when you reboot then asking you if you want to disable recovery flashing. You must say yes or it will flash stock recovery.
It can happen with superSu zip files, some stock roms, and so on.

How to install kernel?

So I have rooted my S3 and downloaded CWM through rom manager ( is this good and safe btw )?
Now I am gonna download hypersonic, but about the kernel. Should I download rom then immidieatly download the kernel right away without restarting ?

It doesn't matter. Just flash the ROM first. U can boot straight into the ROM then flash the kernel ltr again. Or u can just flash the ROM and followed by the kernel. Rmb. ROM first then kernel.
