This is just a mod of Xperia neo (V) build.prop edited to look like Xperia S (model + firmware + android version 2.3.7)
Tested with Xperia neo V (mt11i)
Why to do this? - Well if you want to get in the playstation store (however it shows me an error when buying game) xperia s is supported...
For me everything works (exept that PC companion doesn't update your phone) but you can still access your SD card (sometimes it recognizes it as Neo V (mt11i)
Install with Root explorer (backup the original file)
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE FOR YOUR DEVICE!

belek1979, I think it is safer to get RF keyboard than BT as there is connectivity issues some of us encounter.

Problem is.. I can't get my XboX controller to work with it. It worked once yesterday, I just inserted it and it worked. No more after that though. It just doesn't pick it up. How would I go about making this work?
If I have to root, np. I'm currently on the latest stock firmware.
thanks.

Sent from my Sony Tablet S using xda premium
Whatever it was supposed to do, it didn't work, unfortunately
It would be best if you bought a PS3 controller, as the tablet gives more support to this controller.
I myself play xbox, although im buying a PS3 controller as it has better support.

I don't think your suppose to use a XBOX controller, It seems a PlayStation controller is suppose to support the tablet

I can understand the reasoning behind using an xbox controller;better to hold and you might already have an xbox; but as stated above, using a PS3 controller will be most beneficial to you considering it is a sony device and even says on the box that it is supported

Hello
You may know that mi 5 doesn't connect to Dual Shock whether wirelessly or wired
Now I find a way to connect Dual Shock to our favorite mi 5
We need:
1)Rooted mi 5
2)Type-C OTG
3)Micro USB (not type-c) Cable
4)Dual Shock
5)Sixaxis Controller app on play store 2.49$
First Open Sixaxis Controller app & connect Ds4 via OTG

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then click on start button & grant permission
Now Click on start button and Allow access Bluetooth & access USB device
You See:
OK now click on Pair Controller button
If you see a BT address click on PAIR button
You See:
Unplug OTG & press PS button
You See:
Now your controller is connected to your mi 5 & controller light change from light blue to blue
NOTE: Don't connect to your Dual Shock via Setting!
Tested on:MIUI 8 6.12.25
Reserved
Good guide, thank you
