I have a very annoying symbol in the top row of my SIII.It looks like a minus in an on the left side triangled square. Any idea what that be and how to get rid of it!?

go in to your app draw press and drag the app you want to the home screen and place in the dock in the order you want

Same problem but...
I have the same problem but when I drag my icons from a home screen to the dock the dock changes to delete bar ...please help All I want is to put Chrome where the internet one was.
Is there any way to change the apps that appear in the notification bar once your headphones are connected??

It looks like wifi but with left/right arrows, the wifi one has up/down arrows

Then LINK to it. Might be others with same question.
This is the icon for Wifi direct.
You can turn it off by going into:
Settings->more settings->and there you will see Wifi direct being on

I need to change the color of the app menu button as well as the bar that seperates it from the main screen.
I am running jellybeans 19 rom with the mean green theme.

Using Nova, you can get rid of the bar. You can also long press on the menu icon, and change it to whatever you want.
Ok, got the icon changed but I can't figure out how to get rid of the bar.

Nova settings -> Dock -> uncheck show divider
