it works well but muy q is that i can change the rom i read that there are many JB roms for many tablets (originals and chineses) i'm porting JB on my Galaxy s i9000 and i loved it and i'd love 2 port it on my tablet, or maybe change the rom 'cause it's 4.0.3 i prefere AOKP or somethin' like that please help me. However i getting bored with the tablet, i downloaded much apps jijij

This ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1689310&page=3 looks very nice. I want ROM which looks like ICS 4.0+ and has good speed/performance/allows me to OC and fixed mainly bugs. My opinion ( im doing so ) is that the best, fastest and stablest roms are stock roms with a custom kernel
i own a I9001 galaxy s plus with the latest valuepack stock firmware by samsung and the sky high kernel v.1.4
it ssmooth and fast and stable
im running it since a week and no problems since now
i also tried many custom roms but in many cases u always find a bug
the sky high kernel for my device allows me to oc it to 1.8GHZ
The I/O Shedulers are great im using 1.4 GHZ (standart) and the interactivex sheduler

After many flash and many hours on this wonderful XDA community I will post a question !
Actually after research / Disasembly, I found that my Gtab is a Boosted version ( Zpad T2 / Olipad 100 )
With 3G module, 1GB Ram and a aGPS chip this tablet is the same look as G tab.
For sure Rom from g tab are working but are sometimes unstable of buggy due to hardware difference.
Is there any way to have a Custom kernel / libs for the ZPad ?
or maybe there are more things to change on the rom ?
Cause it will give a Second life on this tab !

just had some experience with changing the rom
i am using galaxy y s5360
android 2.3
but i like ICS and jellybean version very much i want to put in my device
so i started looking for it i came across lots of custom roms and i have changed the rom many times still not satisfied i want to have real ics
now my question is that samsung galaxy y plus s5303 which has ICS and my device(s5360) are exactly similar just y plus have higher internal memory
why can we use the ICS firmware of s5303 and use to flash s5360 using odin just as we do for stock rom ?
or is there somthing to be modified
pls guys tell me

Well with my experience I think the main difference is of the cpu if its different then u should be flashing different roms .....

not a good idea .. flash a rom made for YOUR device or build one
Ics need minimum 512 mb to run on any device and galaxy y has only 289 mB of ram and also y has a 832 mhz single cored processor which cant handle ics and up so you better use any ics/jb themed rom ( the best is nemesis rom)

Can anyone please modify Official Sammy ROM of I9105 i.e. Android 4.2.2 to be made compatible for S2 I9100 as both the devices are same in respect of resolution and both are ARMV7 Devices.
I will be very thankful and WILL DONATE some amount if developer wants to but developer can message me or post the amount here for donation and we will discuss if its suitable amount.
Do not get me wrong and Please remove these donation lines if its NOT Allowed.

Android 4.2 is starting to get a bit old, one and a half years already. I doubt anyone will want to port the S2 Plus rom, as the chipsets and all the drivers and stuff are different.. It doesn't add much in comparision to 4.1.2 S2 Roms. If you really like TouchWiz, I recommend you take a look at this topic:

It's a mod based on CM 10.1, and includes a refreshed TouchWiz UI, with many features from S3 and S4. Never tried it but comments seem to be quite good.

I have canvas 2.2 model number a114
it has MT6582 quad core processor of 1.3 ghz.. 1gb lpddr2 ram, Mali 400 dual core gpu of 500mhz..
i never had any performance issue on this phone ever playing any game!!!!
i have its stock rom (thanks to u guys), rooted it.. no problem it ever shown..except its stock rom launcher.. which used to
stopped working a lot of times.. i used nova launcher for this purpose..
now the main thing i am asking that y dont any custom roms building geniuses ever build custom kitkat rom for this device??
can i install cm11 on this device? y r custom roms so device specific.. since this device is too much powerful to handle any custom rom
yet neither any builder nor the company is providing kitkat rom or custom kitkat rom for it..
i have used miui v5 rom on this device (again thanks to xda :fingers-crossed.. but not happy since its made on jb 4.2.2.
i really need to flash kitkat rom on my phone!!!! plz help me guys..
this is the best phone under 10k with so much power..even more powerful than canvas a116.. yet people make custom kitkat rom for a116 but not for a114..!!!!!! plz response asap..
