I was using my SGS2 last night and I go plug it in to charge it and pulled it off the charger now the phone won't turn on. When trying to turn it on the menu buttons flash and nothing else. I can't get into the boot loader to reset either. My phone was running stock and was not rooted. I did have it unlocked for T-Mobile though. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks.

Problem solved: My brother switched chargers so the whole time it wasn't charging, it was just really dead. Its now charging on the right charger! I'm glad its working now!

It works fine I use it all the time. Make auee mhl adapter is plugged into USB power for it to work.

let me tell you man ive had this phone for just over 30 days now and i have no had a single lock up, force close, or power cycle (except for the aosp roms in thew early stages )
Yeah same here. The phone has been rock solid since day one (got it back 6/20 or so). I've rooted and have wallet installed. Everything works, no issues, no lockups, no pain. I love this phone.
So should I root it then

I would try running Odin, if you notice lock ups after that its probably a bad phone. Also don't restore apps redownload don't be lazy lol JK but if you run Odin and its freezing still some things wrong w the phone
I'm rooted and have also experienced freeze ups and lag. There has also been times when the phone gets really sluggish... And I have to go in and clear out some of the ram and then it works fine again.
In regards to lag, I can be typing a text message, press the home button to go back to the home screen and when i do... The keyboard is still up even though im on the home screen. After about so many seconds, the keyboard disappears.

Is anyone else experiencing microphone problems?? When I call people or vice versa I can hear them but they can't hear me.
I've read up on it and apparently theirs a fix. Can anyone help at all? I'd be really grateful.

It was fine until recently, I thought it was firmware based so I flashed back to stock and it's still happening. I have a chipped bezel too so I'm hoping Samsung repair that whilst repairing my mic lol

Yeah buddy and still nothing. I read up that apparently I'm not the only one....we'll Samsung have agreed to take a look, do you reckon they'll fix my chipped bezel while fixing my mic or just concentrate on the mic?

They'll either give you a refurbished phone or fix just the mic, a chipped bezel is on you, not them.

My HTC rezound constantly reboots. It is so bad sometimes the phone will boot but then immediately restart again at the home screen. I am S-OFF running newt's one xxx ROM. Any ways to fix this? I have always wiped everything with each rom install.

I've been on the same ROM forever and decided to try others but when I try to download it the progress meter just keeps going round and round. I've tried 2 roms and I've also tried using the browser...what could it be?

Well, I just deleted some stuff and it seemed like it worked but once the download gets to around 92% completed it errors out...says "unsuccessful". I tried it twice.
