Is it possible to use the clock from touchwiz UI on blur UI? I like the integrated timer/stopwatch on the touchwiz UI. Is it as simple as changing out the .apk?

Hi, Im using nova launcher with lollipop theme, but the icons on lockscreen are still the same ugly from touchwiz. Is there a way to change this icons / apps. I looked around and seems it was possible in prervious 4.x versions but not 4.3 which im using now.
