I had the Case-mate for my HTC Nexus One and it was a good case. I will definitely be looking at this one as a contender for the Amaze.
Also looks like it has the 3 holes in the back that some other cases are covering up.

I have the D30 case on my Amaze that I bought from T-Mobile Store. It's $24.99- $34.99 and it's one great case ever. I dropped my phone a good number of times and I'm really impressed for the price I paid (I got the $29.99 D30 Band-Smoke Case).

Really liking that casemate up there. I should have purchased that one, but ended up with the ballastic case. I am sure it will be fine, but is quite bulky! Still waiting on it to arrive.

With the 30% off accessory coupon (expires 6/2012; Google "T-Mobile Facebook 30%"), the basic black D30 "flex protective cover"[1] cost me $18 out the door of a local T-Mo case. Doesn't wrap around the case entirely (maybe I need to exchange for another), but fits snug, and the buttons work better than I expected.

Don't buy the Body Glove slim profile case
Worst case I have ever purchased. The outside material feels nice but it is a very cheep casting. The edges are not smooth. when you hold the phone to your ear the edge of the case hurts your face and ear. It doesn't cover the top and bottom front edge. these edges will end up scratched up and the rest of the phone will be in good shape.
P.S. If you are willing to pay for the shipping you can have mine for free. My zip code is 93036. That's how much I don't like it.

When I had my incredible 2 I bought one direct from otterbox. I broke the clip on the holster. I emailed them to find out where i could get it replaced. They emailed me back in like 2 hrs asking for my address and said they would take care of it. They sent me a whole new cover case and holster free of charge.

Same experience here. I somehow snapped the retention clip off my holster and Otterbox shipped me a new case and holster with no questions. Just had to send them a a couple pics of the damage.
Body Glove cases are now $6.25 on bodyglovemobile.com from $24.99. I dropped my phone today and cracked my case so I was looking to get another one. I bought a replacement red one and a gray one and it came out to $12.50. I applied the 20% off coupon code (BG20UV) and it came to $10.00 with free shipping.
Anyway, if anyone wants a cheap and decent case for your Rezound, go check them out. The cheapest I saw this on ebay was $8.
I have about 10 cases already and don't use any of them right now. With that being said, couldn't pass up this deal. In for 2. Thanks
