I couldn't find a version of a Neo L 4.1.B.0.479 Android Firmware anywhere.
I didn't use seus, I used SonyEricsson Xperia Flasher. It isn't saying anything now

Any other suggestions?? Help!!

You may try this firmware:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762372
It is a custom ftf made for the Xperia Play based on the Neo L firmware so I do not know if it will work well in your phone.
As fas as I know the neo L and the play uses the same hardware.
I didn't find a ftf for the neo L.
You can also check if WotanSever have the software for the phone.

Yup...you can use flashtool to update manually but for ftf..
You should wait for sony's release and someone who will make an ftf file for it
The firmware is officially released but it seems not everyone is going to have it soon enough but anyway the fixed nothing.
Some people say only the dialer was fixed
now it opens almost instantaneusly

[Q] Will Zelly Cream rom work on Neo?

Hi, I have a Live With walkman and i use the zelly cream rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155803) and a friend of mine saw it and wanted it. The question is since in the post says that is available to all the 2011 Xperias it should work, but it was posted in the Live with walkman section.
So anyone knows if it will work or not?
So, you asked without searching? Cause if you have searched you would have seen that both neo and Neo v is supported(and all 2011 hdpi devices as you already said)

Downgrading your phone it's possible, just get the desired ftf file with the version you want and flash it with flash tool. Now to install this rom YOU MUST be on ics .587

Flashtool works on locked or unlocked both without any partiality

For flashing the kernel
Download and install Flashtool

Select flash mode
Select the kernel ftf
Press ok
Wait for few secs
When flashing is done

Yup..when you update..both OS nd Kernel are installed...
I take it that you've not rooted your phone...SUS should've solved it if it was a software problem..
So im guessing..it might be a hardware one...but you could try to flash the latest firmware using flashtool...try both ICS..nd GB..nd hope.
I think u r facing bluetooth bootloop problem... Root ur phone, & install cwm.. Then if u face the same problem goto cwm, wipe delvik cache & cache partition, now reboot & ur phone will boot..
If u dont wanna root then u have to reflash the whole firmware again via flashtool or repair using SUS if u face the problem again.. Hope this helps...
