This is Stock GB Rom for X10 that looks like real Miui and with a lot Miui features.
Based on Stock ROM (DonutHD Jelly Bean) - Thanks alzbac for this great rom and you can read his changelog HERE. All credits goes to him
It's very fast (faster than real Miui based on cm7.2)

Instructions:
Reboot into xRecovery and make a back-up of your current ROM.
Wipe the following in xRecovery:
Factory Reset (Full wipe)
Wipe Cache Partition
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Install custom zip
Choose JellyBean_1
Reboot (wait until it comes to setup wizard)
Reboot to xRecovery and flash MiuiHD2
Reboot and choose MiHome for default launcher
Enjoy
Download ROM:
JellyBean_1 \ Mirror This is base for Rom.
MiuiHD2 First flash JellyBean rom then Reboot phone (wait until it comes to setup wizard) and after that flash MiuiHD2 to see all cool Miui staff
Old version:
Hotfix for old MiuiHD (not for MiuiHD2):
Hotfix1 - Fix FC on Date & Time and Alarm when you try to change Time. FLASH THIS FIX AFTER YOU INSTALL MIUIHD
Addons for MiuiHD (not for MiuiHD2)
Miui statusbar icons.zip
Addons:
Long press volume buttons to skip song (Flash through xrecovery) - works only with stock lockscreen. It's works when you listening music and lock phone then you can change songs with long press volume buttons (Volume Down for Next Song)
Enable this option.zip
Disable this option.zip
1050 Miui icons for other apps (facebook, twitter, angry birds...)
-to use it put this file MIUI_default.mtz to sdcard\miui\theme and then go to Themes app and choose this file

Tips:
What kernel to use? I use DooMKernel for Stock Rom, you can find it HERE and don't forget to flash wifi modul after.
If you want to use SEMC loockscreen you must disable Miui lockscreen (go to homescreen, press menu, click launcher settings and disable MiHome locker)
To use Miui styled Dialer, you can find exDialer on your homescreen and just use it as primary dialer.

I have same situation as you, because that I made this rom, because this looks like Miui and have all my favorite miui apps (not all) and it's working everyting on it (full camera, hotspot etc)
But I can try to make one on cm7.2 or cm9 base (if they fix camera better) but I don't promise anything I'm not developer, I only love to experiments with roms

i mean the call log ,, answering call style .. contacts pictures and all the call options ,, they are like miui ? or still stock !!
cuz how i know this is the hard part of porting from miui to stock rom
