All of our phones do this I believe what's the issue the white bars?
Sent from my EVO using xda app-developers app

Its because the app wasnt designed for screens of our size/resolution
Tux approves of my EVO

We have 720P resolution displays. The XDA app is designed for the majority of current gen (since we have "next gen" phones) phones that are HDPI. The actual app elements themselves will scale properly to your phone, but fixed-resolution images such as splash screens and other images will be a bit distorted.

Yes, the white bars. Looks terrible.

Better question: Why does it matter?

Dude he was just asking a harmless question. Chill a bit.

If you use the dark theme under settings it changes it to black and makes it less noticeable

Interesting, I can't connect to corp (corporate?) 4G though. I like the little animation.
Maybe it's a widget.slip up and it's just for here?

Funny thing is I should be able to being I'm on a corp account, I'm using it right now for quick connecting to 4g

Any different or faster?
It's not good for a on off toggle as it leaves the radio on.

Connects faster that's all, and no it goes back to 3g when I'm on "corp 4g"

Yes, it's a feature of all samoled phones. Essentially it turns off the black portions of the screen. This is why many recommend black or dark wallpapers on Samsung phones.

Not noticeably enough to me to not enable it. Battery life is way more important to me than video quality, though. Just try it, won't hurt.

Use quickpic, a very nice gallery replacer app from the market, choose "set as" but don't choose wallpaper, choose "quickpic wallpaper" it'll fit perfectly

I been wondering about that as well but never care much.Thx for the tip. Didn't even know there's a feature in the quickpic.

I think it's some issue with stock gallery and tw frameworks.
Quickpic and some launchers fix it. I think all the custom ROMs I've run have fixed it as well. Annoying when I got the phone.

Better question - what happened to the OP?
There used to be words in it, and now appears to have been deleted. This wasn't a hoax, was it?

Where can I get icons and wall from?
via eVo.
Here is the wall paper
http://db.tt/F23n431v
And here are the icons
http://db.tt/2LBbDlGD
Icons are available in the market.
Here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=icontheme.blackbearblanc.carbonround
But you need to install Adw launcher or Apex. Apex is the one I am using.
Then you need also Uccw.

I usually don't use launchers but I like this set-up. I'm setting up now...thanks for your help.

Not quite sure why you would make a thread for this, but you should at least give credit where it is do. The icons can be found on blackbearblanc's xda thread, along with all his other work. Here is a link to his site. If you haven't checked it out before, you definitely should.
From what I see, he clearly gives credit and links. YOU, Should learn the difference between do and due. Just a thought before your illiterate self goes correcting others.
