I have i747 from rogers and it has the tracking app and password set to it.
Problem is if I happen to lose it, people would have control over wipe via Odin Mode,
So My question is, is there any way to block or lock Odin firmware flash?

should i activate my phone first before flashing stock to gain root?
or will there be a problem if a root first, and then try to activate my phone?
It makes no difference.

Hi, I recently flashed back to stock Rom and all was good. My device status was normal, flash counter reset. But today after a week it says modified. Can any one help me out on this. I don't wanna keep flashing stock every time it says modified.
Thanks.

Try factory reset.

Just an update. It's gone back to normal by its self. I haven't installed or installed anything. I find thing kind of weird. How is it possible to do this?

use triangle away from playstore
There will be no triangle away without root...
THe only thing you can do is:
Root, triangle away, reflash stock if youd like to have an out of the box phone
I have done all this. But it changed by its self to modified and has now gone back to normal :-$ that's what I find weird lol

I want to know which app is responsible for network access? I lose my network every time I use my phone continuously or browser?
Can I lock that app so that it doesn't stop working?

No, Android should handle it my itself, if it doesn't, then something's wrong.
Do a factory reset a flash a stock ROM, if that doesn't help, send it in
If I do a factory reset, will I lose mu contacts, modified statusbar and others, apps and root?

you will not lose mods and root
I was rooted via Jcase method and did a factory reset yesterday, after that I noticed that my phone goes into a sleep that can not be woken up unless I pull the battery out and the camera does not work. I only unrooted via Voodoo before I did the reset. I did another reset and did not install any applications and it seems like the sleep of death stoped but the camera is still not working, since jcase method removes Spritebud, is that the reason why I'm having the issues and if I return the phone to tmobile for a replacement will that pose as a problem?

I recommended performing a kdz flash to start off fresh. A factory reset will not remove any changes you made to the system image. Just use jcase to root and install busybox.

Do you think that if I reroot now, that the problem will stop? (Via jcase)
Edit: Nope that didn't work

Basically wondering where I find the flash counter is located. I would like to check and see what it at.
if you boot into download mode it should be right at the top
