Need more detail, what do you mean you can't go into recovery? Just either go to ROM Manager and select boot into recovery or turn phone off then hold power +volUp +Home.

I don't think you can use the recovery from the market you have to install custom recovery I'm drinking with family right now but when I get to my computer I will send you the link if you still need it just let me know I know I installed clockwork mod but from a flashable zip only after I installed the first recovery

which cwm recovery did you flash?
I mean through rom manager the recovery may be supported for sprint...all I know is it supports optimus one....
I already had a custom recovery and I flashed the one provided by mik in the development forum for our phone

Hope someone can enlighten me,
when I boot into recovery via rom manager it seems to be an older version of clock work mod with blue writing in which I get signature errors, however, when I boot into recovery manually, I get the newer version with orange writing
Can someone tell me if I can get rom manager to boot into the newer version?
Thanx

Isn't it available on Market?
Are you using a CWM and root that works with Rom manager ?????
As in post one Chainfires CWM and Root thread.
CF-Root/CWM4 is NOT compatible with ROM Manager! Manage/perform your backup/restores from CWM directly or using the CWM Manager application included with CF-Root

Yeah that's the way I had to use it in the end, but was hoping to be able to use it through rom manager

Hey all
I'm trying to use ROM Manager to install the newest ClockworkMod recovery (I currently have an older version of TWRP that has some issues with Android 4.3 ROMs), however, when I tell ROM Manager to flash ClockworkMod it tells me that the flash was successful but when I boot into recovery I still have TWRP. I'm assuming that I'll probably need to flash it manually via ODIN, but if there is another way that would be preferred.
Thanks guys
There is an adb way I think cwm can't be done in rom
